UK Met police arrest Punjabi at a peaceful protest.
A young Punjabi youth was arrested by the UK Met police during a peaceful protest outside the High Commission of India, London, United Kingdom.
Many UK Punjabis from Birmingham, Slough & other neighbouring areas gathered outside the High Commission of India, London, UK, on the 4th December 2020, to protest against the three new bills from the Modi Indian government which have left Indian farmers, nationwide, at an unprecedented disadvantage.
Farmers in several Indian states are protesting against the three new bills the Indian government claims to open up the agriculture sector to free-market. However, due to the rampant corruption which plagues the Indian public sector, the 'middle men' have left the already desperate situation of Indian farmers throughout India in a dire situation of extortion.
Many Indian farmers faced with abject poverty as the result of the three new bills have taken their own lives and, as per result, Indian patriots around the world have been peacefully protesting where they can.
The Punjabi's from the Punjab, India, are a patriotic people who rose to defend India during the Mughal empire and many of whom voluntarily served in the British Armed Forces. There are countless people who find the current situation of the three new bills from the Modi government as utterly unjust.
