First successful attempt at LAN Play over the Internet with Radmin VPN. This is my experience.
Not gonna lie, the rocket warning can be jarring when played repeatedly.
Second player was @shadowluigithirtyseven5950 or @shadowluigissecondchannel1495. Go check either channel out, he's got his own PoV of the two races we had.
It turned out there was a European release of Nettou KoF '96 for the original Game Boy. Aside from localization, I love some of the changes that were made to this game. For example, Goenitz, as with the Arcade version of the game, no longer requires Maximum Mode or low health to use DMs/SDMs. And Mr. Karate has an actual Ryuko Ranbu SDM!
Unlike my previous run, no codes were used, and it's played in proper Super Game Boy mode, albeit without the border.

Due to me finally finding the Beta 2.5 version of this game, I have finally completed my Type:Wild archive. As a celebration, I'm planning on doing an arcade run with all characters on all six versions, starting with Beta 1.1 Gengar. I've been wanting to redo this for five years now, and I'm finally starting to get my head out of my ass and getting it done.

Finally, I can finish my MUGEN stuff, starting with both of my stage WIPs I had in the works for some time.
With Chun-Li's Stage from Super Fighter III (a.k.a. Street Fighter III for the NES), I had to adjust the parallax on the floor. As that also meant adjusting deltas, I also had to adjust the deltas on every other sprite accordingly. With that in mind, I can announce that this stage will be compatible with MUGEN 1.0.
With Lightway 8, due to changes in sprites, I was able to show more of the background, so I added an earth background to it (the Mario Kart Wii custom track this stage is based on has it), but since the floor is now transparent, you can see it now. Other optimizations have been made to it so that it lags less in MUGEN 1.1 and manually compiled versions of IKEMEN GO (this won't be compatible with 0.98.2).
I will release both stages along with Arma_X, which is the only MUGEN creation I have left to finish.

It goes without saying, but it's been a bit of time since I've uploaded anything to YouTube.
I would like to say I was admitted into yet another closed beta, but with the way I got in (Steam method), can I really consider this a "closed" beta?
Anyways, when I first booted up the game, I was thinking, "Oh, cool, a locked 60fps in ultra settings, what could possibly go wrong?"
I'll tell you what actually went wrong: Intermittent USB disconnects, GPU driver crashes, and even GAME crashes in specific settings (for example, if I win in one of the Hercules tracks with Megara, the game would crash before it could tell me I finished 1st). It turned out I was averaging about 80fps (according to AMD Radeon Adrenalin software) in ultra settings, so about a few days later (today, as of this writing, actually), I decided to conduct an experiment. How well does it perform at 120fps? There were actual problems conducting this experiement: First off, I refuse to play this game in medium settings even if it's the only way I can play at 1440p120, so I ended up using Lossless Scaling (You can check it out here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/993090/Lossless_Scaling/ , but there are free alternatives from what I've heard) to get it to resize the window and enable AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (V1, actually) for my desktop resolution. Sure, 1034p to 1440p via FSR looks rather trashy (especially with text), but it's better than playing at ultra settings at native 1440p somewhere between 75 and 85fps. Unfortunately, there are a lot of specific settings I would like to turn off, but considering the creators behind the ASS FAULT franchise made this game, they tend to forget that this isn't going to be a mobile game (However, aside from PC, this is supposed to be set for release for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch). Though I highly doubt it, hopefully, the full-release PC version will let me tune individual graphic settings.
As for the footage, I'll describe it with another piece of footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuofaDxa6Oo

About a few days ago, Yoshi had a funroom where he had fun with every Shifty Station ever. This was recorded on the 9th of August, 2019.
