This is strong kids episode 4. The strong kids series is where I challenge myself to a workout, often taken from comments from viewers, and do them for time. In this workout, I used a 35 pound bar (Total) and performed a 21-15-9 workout of deadlifts and front squats, with runs between each finished set of reps. This means that I do 21 reps of deadlifts, run, then do 21 reps of front squats, run, then do 15 reps of deadlifts, run, and so on. My final time was 3:18, so about one rep every 2 seconds.
