Join Todd Schmenk as he walks you through an activity to help you lean into boredom and anxiety. One state of mind often leads to the other. Think of this as a boredom experiment where you purposefully allow yourself to experience boredom instead of doing all you can to either control the situation or be controlled by it. It offers a third way of dealing with the state of mind, just simply observing it and noting what happens if you move into it versus away from it.
