It’s been a long time and a lot of French pastries thanks to all you fabulous Stargate Fan’s in Paris last week so I thought I had better get myself back on the torture device and what better incentive and I’ll let you know about all of my triumphs and failures in regards to fitness. I miss this welcome back to the great sweaty BurnAndLearns!

It’s a hard thing to let go of a film that you’ve been involved with since the very inception of the idea. Debug is out to the world in November and I’m reminded once again of how powerless filmmakers have been in the traditional movie making process. Things are changing now and there are so many technologies and techniques available that allow films to be made without these huge crews and budgets. Debug is my love-letter to those paranoid anti-technology films of the 60’s & 70’s. Or as I originally pitched it...2001 from the computer’s perspective. It’s so weird not being in control of something that was born from my brain. I suppose that’s the nature of films. There are so many people involved that it’s no longer my movie, it’s 200 people’s film now! One of the reasons that I’m very much looking forward to getting back to some more indie filmmaking and getting back in from of the camera...which is the plan with our new Documentary “Upgrade Required” which I touch on a bit in this video. And here are the distributers to get in touch with and let know that you'd like to see Debug:

You asked for it! Here's my exhausted but hardly exhaustive walk-through of the new house. Mainly boxes and plans without action...so dreams in other words of renovations to come. Didn't get into the kid's room or the basement, but I've got some other footage that I need to edit together...once I find a clear table to work at! I also stumbled over Bratlett's Papercraft Minecraft kits which I highly recommend them as an amazing way for kids to keep playing minecraft without their heads in a screen...works with us anyway!
