Brothers. Welcome to the rainforest. I am en route to the gym. I'm going to get a great workout in, but stumbled upon this question. And I wanted to make a video on it. Health, wealth or relationships, which is the first aspect of which is the first, I suppose, of self-improvement that I should go after and commit my time to.
Now I'm going to preface this. I don't think there's a right answer because everybody, you know, it's like a video game, right? Everybody is at different levels of all those as a default. Say, maybe, you know, you're going up in your athletic and so, you know, you're you're maybe you're not in great shape, but you're not grossly obese.
Right. Or maybe you do have you have a great job. Right. And your money isn't really an issue. Or for some reason, you know, you marry your high school sweetheart and you got the relationship part down, right? Everybody has a different starting point. So don't take this as pure gospel. Just take this as a perspective from somebody that has gone through the process myself.
I like to think what is the easiest way to start? What is the lowest effort? Where to start self improving? And for me that has always been health, right? Because for if you want to make money right, it's either getting a great job or starting a business. Those two things take a lot of time that it takes it takes effort to tons of failures, trying and testing things, take sending out resumes, takes, meeting the right people, blah, blah, blah, before you even start making money.
Right. It's a lot of it's a it's a lot of stress and fatigue buildup relationship. Same thing. Right. You are walking. You know, you can go outside. I'm going to I'm going to pick up you know, I'm going to get 20 phone numbers from girls or whatever. Right. And you go out there. But the thing is, if you're not in a state where you're comfortable with yourself, then you're going to be getting in approaching women that you aren't going to end up being attracted to after you've gone through a process of self-development.
So it's going to be a waste of time anyway in my opinion. You can get down right now and just do push ups. You can go squat, you can go run a mile, right? You can go to the gym. You can do something right now. Right now, yeah. You can throw all the shit out from your pantry and your refrigerator and just fill it with steak, eggs, milk and butter.
Right. And some broccoli, too. If you're that type of guy, you can just throw all that stuff out and you can start right now. You can start right now. And so I think health is that is the way to go. I think health is the way to go. If you have to pick one, health is the way to go.
And once you start getting your health, feeling, you know, you're going to the gym a couple, couple times a week, you're eating. You know, you're eating, you're eating better. You're going on more walks then it's okay. Which are the next ones? Do I want to add in? And from that point, honestly, it's up to you. It's up to your personal preference.
If money is the way, then money is the way. If women are the way, then women are the way, right? Different value systems for different guys. It's really all open to you. But if you had to pick one right now, do health. Focus on your health. Get your health in order. Because also to your health is the holy grail from which the benefits will give you.

You'll get benefits from it the rest of your life and it'll make the other things much easier, because if you're in good health, you have, you know, for example, you're making money online, right? You're going to be sitting down for a while in a room. Right. Probably be good to have some back muscles so you don't start hurting.
Probably you do have some shoulder muscle so you're not crunched over and in constant pain. Right. It just makes the other things easier. Having muscle obviously makes attracting women easier, right? Your posture is better, your skin looks better. All that, it just makes everything else easier. It's the good lubricant. It's all that stuff. So if you want to pick one of those, I would say go with health.
