Vegetarian Meatless TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) Tacos! These can convince a meat eater to go vegetarian. We don't call them vegan due to the cheese and yogurt, but you can easily substitute vegan versions of those ingredients if you prefer. TVP is such an amazing thing and we've figured out a great recipe to make it look, smell and taste like ground beef for these amazing tacos. Another big secret is the tortilla. These are whole wheat by Mission and wow, they taste amazing but have really low net carbs and lots of fiber. Go ahead and give TVP Tacos a try, you might be surprised!
