How to Make Pork Lo Mein. We don't even get Chinese takeout anymore. I learned how to make Pork Lo Mein several years ago and have yet to be disappointed. We use homemade noodles, fresh veggies, mushrooms, and pretty much whatever we have lying around to make our lo mein. You can use chicken, pork, beef, even shrimp or... go veggie! Pork Lo Mein is so easy to make, really anyone can do this. There are a lot of ways to do it, but, my recommendation is start with a recipe you know (like ours) and once you get the gist, feel free to change it up as you like!
