Today we talk about Honeyberry fruit and why it seems like Honeyberry bushes aren’t producing fruit.
Haskap or Honeyberry plants are somewhat unique in that they produce their flower and fruit underneath it’s leaves.
This helps hide the berry from birds but also can confuse new grower into thinking they aren’t productive.
At this stage the fruit is still green so it’s super difficult to see the berries.
If you haven’t seen fruit on your mature Haskap bushes check under the leaves, fruit might be hiding from you!
