Crowned from Anarchy is a composition I have been slowly crafting for over a year, I finally found the right sound and structure, and storyline to finish it. There are a lot of different inspirations for this project, the very first was from a time in my childhood, when I would play games like Zelda, especially 'Ocarina of Time'. As I was playing this game and others, I would always pay particular attention to the music, and this song in particular is influenced greatly by overlord fights in Zelda and other games, and the incredibly suspenseful music they held.
More recently, Crowned from Anarchy has been moulded by a lot of extra inspirations, one of which is definitely strongly involving medieval fantasy tv shows and films, and the compositions in place during the most tense parts of these films. I wanted to capture this tension and give this music the sense of something big occurring, a grand scheme unravelling as such, the scenario that comes to mind, is one of a king and this king being overthrown in a one day desolation of an act, that not only ends the king, but wrecks havoc and obliterates almost the whole kingdom in the process, and the one who plotted it all out of an immense wish for power, willed this chaos into existence, to then after, be the one who became the new ruler, the lord of the ashes, crowned from anarchy..

Introduction:
| Hey, I am Solas, a composer who primarily creates Irish/Celtic/Viking fantasy music. My biggest influences in music definitely are, Adrian Von Ziegler for his Celtic music, and Hans Zimmer for the incredible film scores that he has crafted, I also draw a lot of inspiration from TV shows such as Game Of Thrones, The Last Kingdom, The Witcher, and the following games being, Skyrim/Elder Scrolls Online, Zelda, Dark Souls, the Diablo Franchise, World of Warcraft, and Ashes of Creation.
I have also recently been greatly inspired by the haunting and moving compositions by Darren and Peter Gundry, and also the likes of Danheim for Viking music.
