Identify the type of narcissist you are dealing with. Researchers categorize narcissists into two categories. Grandiose narcissist and vulnerable. Grandiose narcissists have high self esteem, believing they are better than everyone else. Vulnerable narcissists have low self esteem that they are compensating for. To deal effectively with a narcissist, figure out their back story, create a healthy boundary, recognize toxic behaviours and abusive signs.

Sociopaths are often called psychopaths and vice versa but there are differences between a psychopath and a sociopath. Psychopaths, for example, are far more likely to get in trouble with the law while sociopaths are much more likely to blend in with society. And while sociopaths and psychopaths do share some traits, sociopathy (antisocial personality disorder) is generally considered less severe than psychopathy.
Here are 5 subtle differences between a sociopath and psychopath.

We decided to put together a list and research of five free mental health mobile apps. We hope you find this list helpful. We are not endorsed by any of these companies. We just wanted to share the ones we feel can be helpful. Gabrielle LaFrank, our writer suggested this topic and did all the research to put this together. Be sure to thank her if she see her around on our channel.

Do you think we become more introverted as we age? I don't know about you, but I've heard stories from people who claim that they were more extroverted when they were younger but became more introverted as they become older. Is introversion fluid? How do you tell if you became more introverted? Is your friend introverted? Are you an introvert and became more of an introvert?
In this video, we talk about some studies on why people become more introverted as they age.
Hope you enjoy!
Also, you may notice the animation style is different, because we got a new team member. Please welcome Tiffany! She will be animating more videos with us. If you have a special topic request, let us know.
