While walking back to the car from documenting the downtown Boston area due to the Statewide "NON-essential work" ban. We came across what looked to be two police officers writing a "gentleman" a ticket. We soon realized that this "gentleman" was anything--but and a friend of the police officers. He did not like cameras. The #CopSucker approached very aggressively and even cocked his hand back and threatened to slap me in the mouth. How do you think his police officer friends handled the situation??? I can guarantee the ones that think for themselves can guess exactly how they handled it!!! This was on Friday June 18th 2021 at approximately 1812, In the neighborhood known as "The Point" or "El Punto" in Salem Massachusetts. There was radio chatter about dirt bikes and scooters riding in groups. As I made my way to this neighborhood I witnessed sergeant and detective Deni Gaito badge 157 Trying to use his vehicle as a weap on and ram a person off of their scooter while they were riding. After witnessing the dangerous and malicious behavior I started yelling at him and his response was to flip me off. This neighborhood is compiled of all one way streets that are very narrow with childern and adults all over the place. The next day I saw 2 officers on foot patrol in the Essex street mall pedestrian way and asked them If they had any policies about using pit maneuvers and/or ramming people off of their motorbikes or scooters with their vehicles. Their response was they or other officers would never do that because some could get seriously hurt. I told them that I have footage of sergeant gato doing this from the day before. They seemed to be taken back a little from this information. I went down to the police station to bring this dangerous and malicious behavior to the attention of another sergeant. That sergeant was also taken back by hearing this information.
