Hello viewers at home, as you all might have known that the Edo State government has successfully launched a vigilante group in the state, to help the security agencies to combat crimes and other forms of criminal activities across the state. Taking a look at the security architecture by the state government and the recruitment of the vigilante group will yield good results in all aspects, while the people can categorically sleep with their two eyes close. Is no longer news that so many forms of criminal activities have been going on in the state for quite some time now. Though people kept saying that the government security strategy under the leadership of Governor Godwin Obaseki, hasn't done enough to combat security in the state compared to the previous government, but in reality, things don't always happen the way we want them to be. In Nigeria today, security is highly disappointing due to series of different crimes, occurring on a daily basis, and is not just only Edo state as people might think, but that should not be an excuse for the state to be battling insecurity that could have been avoided if everyone is doing the right thing from the onset.
