दूसरा - भोजन (विशेषतया मोटा अनाज या मिलेट) द्वारा शिशु और माँ के स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल
पहला भाग गर्भाधान विषय पर केंद्रित रहेगा
गर्भाधान, जो दो शब्दों 'गर्भ’ और 'आधान’ से बना है, का शाब्दिक अर्थ है माँ के गर्भाशय में भ्रूण की स्थापना .
गर्भाधान संस्कार भारतीय संस्कृति में जीवन के सोलह संस्कारों में उत्तम संतान प्राप्ति के लिये पहला है
दूसरे भाग में गर्भिणी और शिशु के लिए संपूर्ण और स्वास्थ्यवर्धक आहार और इसमें मोटे अनाज(मिलेट्स) के महत्व पर चर्चा रहेगी

This session shall have two parts i) Garbhadhana and ii) Mother and Child Health with Food especially Millets. Part one is dedicated to Garbhadhana, a composite word of Garbha that means womb and Ādhāna - the process of receiving literally means receiving pregnancy. Garbhadhan is attaining the wealth of the womb and is the first of the 16 saṃskāras. Part two shall discuss Holistic Food for Mother and Child and how Millets can be helpful in this.
