In the north of the First Cataract, they carried out the standard quest "The Cascade Hulk" and rebooted the Cascade Ferronis Hulk. In a lower lagoon to the west, they defeated the Frolicking Parker, a unique Ottil. They also explored the Cotte Trick Ruins and defeated the Phantasmagorical Rist, a unique Medooz. Then, the party progressed south from the Cascade Ferronis Hulk and entered the next area, the Old Cliffside Way. Scenes showed Silvercoat Ethel in a difficult position. After more scenes, the party signed off at the Old Way Camp rest spot. The party resumes at the Old Way Camp in the Old Cliffside Way. They skip travel to Clearwater Shelf in Colony Lambda. The party talks to Commander Isurd in his office for a scene. This begins Isurd's Hero Quest, "Unwavering Resolve". Isurd temporarily joins the party as a Hero. The next destination is Mine No. 3 in the Urayan Tunnels. The party skip travels to Myrna Gate, the entrance to the Urayan Tunnels west of the colony. As they head west into the mines, a scene takes place. The party must make their way around to a collapse. There are now aggressive Scorpox in the tunnels. To the north, there is an elite monster and a rare item. A Level 37-ish Keves Squad is to the south. West of the entrance, the party pushes a couple of supports into the pit to form a bridge and a shortcut. There is a Container to the west. In Mine No. 3, the party goes up Elevator No. 3 in the northwest to the Stoneyard. They backtrack through the Quarry Road passage. In the southwest, they climb a ladder and find an Ether Channel. They also find a Container. To the east, the party takes Elevator No. 2 down. They move aside the fallen rock for a scene. The party continues to Mine No. 2. There, they find six Drifter Scorpox to take out. A scene takes place after the enemies are down. The next destination is Isurd's office in Colony Lambda. The party farms three Ether Channels in Mine No. 2. Then, they skip travel to Clearwater Shelf in Colony Lambda. They approach Isurd in his office for a cutscene. The next destination is the Cave at Pira Bluffs. The party leaves the colony. They head to the Cave at Pira Bluffs to the south and then east. An event takes place when they arrive. Looks like trouble. The party enters the Cave at Pira Bluffs for a boss battle against two Armadillo Levnises. Not exactly pushovers. Another scene takes place after the battle. "Unwavering Resolve" complete! Isurd joins the party as a Hero. Taion inherits Isurd's class, Strategos. I saw that coming a mile away. The party skip travels to Colony Lambda. They now have Collectopaedia Cards from Colony Lambda folks. They turn in Tulgrim's right away. At the Lambda Shelter, the party levels up with bonus EXP. The main party has hit Level 40. The party's affinity with Colony Lambda is now Rank 2. They talk to NPCs with new dialogue in the colony. The Traderpon is now available. The party leaves the colony and heads southwest to the Hidden Freshwater Inlet secret area. There, they take on the Massive Georges, a unique Aligo. At Level 37, it is a powerful enemy for this stage of the game. The party returns to the Lambda Shelter afterwards. At Level 40, they earn a new gem slot, skill slot, and master art slot. At camp, they upgrade a few more of their gems to tier III. They also cook some more Kerfluffled Torpedo Wrap. Next time, the party will work on more Colony Lambda quests. Thanks for watching! They carried out her Quest 241: "Lushenda's Challenge", which began the story quest line in Real Gran Zedora for the Land of Overlapping Destinies storyline. For this quest, they met Sage Horro and helped gather his "research" for Sage Lushenda. Afterwards, they met Reibassa in Real Gran Zedora and carried out his Quest 257: "In Search of Legendary Armour". After they had carried out his task, he gave them the Iron Safe, which keeps their gold secure if they fall in battle. Not that I intend letting that happen. Now, the party will carry out the next story quest for Queen Julia in Gran Zedora Castle. Real Gran Zedora (time 0:30): The party resumes in the church in the Kingdom of Real Gran Zedora. They go outside and Zoom to the Real Gran Zedora Castle - Entrance destination. Real Gran Zedora Castle (time 5:06): On floor 3F of the castle, the party talks to Queen Julia at E-4 in the Royal Boudoir. She issues Quest 258: "Queen Julia's Wish". This is the second quest in Real Gran Zedora for the Land of Overlapping Destinies storyline. The party must visit Renken at the armour shop in the castle town and help him complete a cloak for her. The party takes the door at E-7 to the floor 3F Terrace. From there, they Zoom to the Kingdom of Real Gran Zedora. Real Gran Zedora (time 9:13): In the Armour Shop at F-3, the party talks to Renken near the counter. He needs 10 pieces of Gold Midnight Thread to complete the cloak for Queen Julia. He asks the party to gather the Gold Midnight Thread from Hellbound Hair-raisers (サンダーシャウト) that appear near the watchtowers in the southeast of the Real Gran Zedora Region. The party exits south at D-8/E-8 to the Real Gran Zedora Region. Real Gran Zedora Region (time 12:06): The party heads to the southeast of the zone. Starting around E-7, they encounter Hellbound Hair-raisers (サンダーシャウト) near the watchtowers. More appear on the bridges between the watchtowers. Look out for Warcry and lightning spells. Fortunately, they do not seem especially resistant to lightning attacks. After a couple battles, Anlucia reaches Level 77. She learns the spell Kazing (ザオリク). She earns 10 skill points for a total of 20. Alas, it does not appear that she learns the Omniheal spell, but Yggdrasil Dew is fairly easy to accumulate. After the party has defeated 10 Hellbound Hair-raisers, they obtain the Gold Midnight Thread (月光の金糸) key item. They must next deliver this to Renken in Gran Zedora's armour shop. The party Zooms back to the Kingdom of Real Gran Zedora. Real Gran Zedora (time 20:37): In the Armour Shop at F-3, the party talks to Renken near the counter. They hand in the Gold Midnight Thread. He will continue work on the cloak and deliver it to the queen when it is ready. The party's next objective is to report to Queen Julia in the castle. The party goes outside and Zooms to the Real Gran Zedora Castle - Entrance destination. Real Gran Zedora Castle (time 22:55): On floor 3F of the castle, the party talks to Queen Julia at E-4 in the Royal Boudoir. She plans to take the cloak to Prince Toma's grave in the Royal Crypt. The party must go to the Royal Crypt, which is by the sea in the Real North Revelle Highway, and meet her there. The party takes the door at E-7 to the floor 3F Terrace. From there, they Zoom to the Real Sea Breeze Cave destination in the Real North Revelle Highway. Real North Revelle Highway (time 26:57): At D-1, the party takes the ramp to the lower level of the area. At D-2, they examine the door to the Royal Crypt (王家の墓). This triggers an event with Queen Julia and her guard, Commander Nogart. As the queen approaches the crypt door, she finds that it is unlocked. Royal Crypt (time 29:47): The scene continues in the Royal Crypt. They soon discover something of great concern: Prince Toma's body is gone! Naturally, this distresses Queen Julia and Anlucia. Nogart will return the queen to the castle. The party's next objective is to report to Queen Julia in Gran Zedora Castle. The party gains control in the Royal Crypt after the scene. He has earned a total of 298 Job Points as Red Mage. In this video, he will do some leveling as White Mage in Ordelle's Caves. Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. He picks up a Job Point upgrade for 8 points. He has now spent 296 Job Points in total as Red Mage. He has 2 Job Points left over. Heorot changes his main job to Level 86 White Mage with Black Mage as support job. Afterwards, Heorot heads out to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:27): Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Ordelle's Caves, Zulkheim. Ordelle's Caves (time 2:17): Heorot arrives at G-3 on the second map. At G-2 just to the north, he examines the Grounds Tome. He undertakes the Page 7 individual training to defeat 3 Buds Bunnies and 3 Targe Beetles per training regime. These enemies are fairly deep into the cave. Buds Bunnies show up in the southern section of the second map, starting at around H-10. To reach the Targe Beetles, Heorot can drop down the southeast hole at H-11 on the second map to H-11 on the first map. Targe Beetles link. During the hunt, Heorot reaches White Mage Level 88. When he has finished, he Warps back to Bastok Markets. Bastok Markets (time 58:03): Heorot trades his Copper A.M.A.N. Voucher to Isakoth at E-11. In Mjoll's Goods, he sells his loot to Olwyn at E-11. Then, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines. Bastok Mines (time 1:00:15): At the auction house, Heorot puts a Riftborn Boulder and a Cobalt Cell up for sale. Then, Heorot enters the residential area. Then, they entered the Sealed Cave and explored floors B1 and B2. Now, they will explore the rest of the cave and try to secure the final Crystal. Sealed Cave: The party resumes in the save room on floor B2. They leave the save room and head to the southwest of the floor. The southwest door is also a Trap Door. In the passage beyond, a chest contains an Ether. The southwest exit from the passage leads down to another passage. Edge reaches Level 56. There are two chests in the east. They contain: a Phoenix Down and a Hi-Potion. Beyond the Trap Door in the northwest, there is another empty room. Cecil reaches Level 61. The southern exit from the passage leads to the northern section of floor B3. They start in the northwest of the floor. There is another Trap Door in the southeast. It leads to an empty room. Rosa reaches Level 60 and learns the White Magic spell Holy. Finally, she scores an attack spell. In the northeast, a chest contains a Silent Bell. For completing the Sealed Cave B3 North map, the party earns 3 Blue Fangs. In the north of the area, the party takes a rope down to the southern part of B3. There is a Trap Door to the east. After the party defeats it, Rydia reaches Level 60 and learns the Black Magic spell Flare. I like Flare. It deals a lot of damage, and it has a pretty fast invocation time. Beyond the eastern Trap Door, there are two chests. The western chest contains a Dry Ether. The northeast chest contains an X-Potion. Kain reaches Level 61. Edge reaches Level 57. For completing the Sealed Cave B3 South map, the party earns 2 Blue Fangs. In the northwest, they find a stairway leading down to a passage with a save point. The party takes advantage of it. To the south, they reach floor B4 of the Sealed Cave. There are no chests on this floor. For completing the Sealed Cave B4 map, the party earns 3 White Fangs. In the center of the floor, the party goes downstairs to floor B5. They start in the south of the floor. This floor also has no treasure chest to find. In the north, the party finds the final Trap Door. Thank goodness. The Crystal Chamber is beyond. There, the party claims the Dark Crystal. That was a bit too easy, if you ask me. The party returns to floor B5. However, as they step away, the walls begin closing in! Rats! It is boss time against the Demon Wall. The wall will slowly close in.
