This is a pretty cool home. On the side of the hill. The kind of home I wish I would have grown up in. Plenty of dirt I could have played with. Here I replace an old furnace and ducts plus I add ac. Because it is a two story home i also installed a zoning system. Very simple, only two zones. I also included a dump zone because the upstairs needs all the help it can get and the downstairs zone was a little small. The dump zone is aimed at the upstairs so that when the down stairs is calling for cooling the upstairs is still getting some air. I also installed a by-pass in case the dump zone wasn't big enough.
