The Aqara M1S hub makes it possible to use more and cheaper products with Apple HomeKit and your Apple Home app in your Smart Home.
It makes all Aqara and some Xiaomi (Smart Mi) products compatible with Apple HomeKit. You can use either the Aqara Home app or the Xiaomi Mi Home app to set it up. Or only use the Apple Home app if you prefer that.

If Apple will release a larger 12-inch iPad, iPad Pro / iPad Plus, then it has to have its own version of iOS. Because they can't just use the same as the iPad has now, with the same UI and all. The display is simply to large for that. It needs to have a total redesigned iOS version to have the great user experience that Apple is famous for, customized for the larger device. And it also needs some dedicated features that makes it easier to use such a large device. If they do this, then they will have one iOS version for the iPhone, one version for the Apple Watch (called watch OS), and one version for the iPad (maybe called iPad OS). Watch this vlog with my thoughts on this!

This USB C to HDMI cable from OseTub makes it possible to connect an iPad Air 4 (2020), all iPad Pro’s, Macs with USB C ports, and Samsung Galaxy phones with USB C to a monitor or TV. On Samsung Galaxy phones you can even use Samsung DeX mode. In this tutorial I show you how to do that on my iPad Air 4 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Samsung DeX. I also unbox the cable.

With iOS 8 comes the possibility to install third-party keyboards. So I've tried some of them already. Apples quicktype, fleksy, SwiftKey and Swype. Here is my first impressions.

That is one of the ugliest devices I have seen in a very long time, hopefully this is just a prototype of the Samsung Galaxy Gear SmartWatch.... I really hope it will look much better than this big thing. I can't see myself wearing that. It looks like a huge calculator watch. If you already have a smartphone, I can't see any use for that kind of watch, a watch needs to be innovating the features, like using Moto X voice features, Google Now, Apple's Siri or something, and of course with international support... If it's just a watch with some android apps, then it's nothing for me. Just another device you need to charge twice a day.. And a camera on a watch? Seriously? Well maybe for some Google Hangouts or Apple Facetime maybe.. Read more: http://www.svartling.net/2013/09/here-is-samsung-galaxy-gear-smartwatch.html

Apples new Hello screen saver is not installed and activated in macOS Big Sur on any Mac except the new 24 inch iMac M1.
In this tutorial I show you how to enable it on any Mac running macOS Big Sur. I use my M1 Mac mini in this example. But it works on all Macs that runs Big Sur. It’s easy so check this tutorial on how!

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is finally official. After doing some videos about, I can now say it's here, and it is a direct competition to the iPad mini and the Nexus 7.
Some Apple lovers has tweeted, shared and blogged that it's a clone of the iPad mini, but I think they are wrong. It's just the same size and form factor. Apple doesn't own the 7-8 inch form factor.
7-8 inch tablets is the evolution of the tablet. I think that will be the size for tablets to have. 10 inch tablets will vanish. Because there is no point in them. You can rather have a small utrabook or MacBook Air.
The future will be phablets between 5 and below 7 inch, tablets around 7-8 inch, and ultrabooks around 10-12 inch. Then we will have wearable devices like Google Glasses and Apples iWatch that communicate with our other mobile devices.
