Art. What is it? Why does man make drawings, paintings, sculptures, etc.? And once made, what do the rest of the people do with it? How does man interact with these artifacts? What is the point of art at all?
On part one of this two part episode, we take a look at the celebrity persona and associated hero archetypes. We examine how culture take away the natural, human experience and repackages it as something we can buy back. In this context, the music of an 'oppressed class' is marketted to and embraced by a 'wealthy class.' This may be why rap music is often heard coming out of expensive cars driven by young, rich socialites who use the music to relate to the natural human condition of struggle to survive. An experience which their wealth has made otherwise inaccessible. We also discuss how this same basic substitution has been used in the past in other cultures and situations to direct the experiences of the mass of people. We hope you will join us for the second half of this discussion on the next installment of Make Art Not Friends.
We hope you will join us on our quest for discovery. Although we will set out to determine what art is and how to create it, we may just make a friend or two along the way. Or, failing that, at least a compatriot in the craft of creation.

This week we discuss comedy in what we hope will be a lighter subject after last week. We examine the question: Is humor something like a psychological immune response to lies, tyranny, and cognitive dissonance? We look at places like the USSR and how satire and comedy existed in even the most mind-boggling authoritarian regimes. We look at Stendhal Syndrome, the moment of paralysis when in the presence of certain artworks, and how laughter appears as a micro-burst of the same type of reaction. We also look at how comedy today may be largely controlled as a means of social influence and engineering.
We hope you will join us on our quest for discovery. Although we will set out to determine what art is and how to create it, we may just make a friend or two along the way. Or, failing that, at least a compatriot in the craft of creation.
So, Boris is from Ukraine and still has family there. The real question is: can we link all the goings on there to art? Find out on this episode of Make Art Not Friends.

This week we dive into art and humanity against the backdrop of artificial intelligence and NFTs. Does art have to from principle flow through the human mind? Can art be created by an artificial construct?

In part two, we continue looking at the celebrity persona and associated hero archetypes. We examine the escapism provided by hero worship, especially its modern perversion. We also touch on the spells and enchantments such escapist, archetype worship can create in the mind and how to break such sleep spells. Finally, we discuss the anthropological roots of those ideas before watching the strangest attempt at self-expression ever uploaded to the GooTubes.

In a prelude to a deep look at the T in LGBT (trans-human, anyone?), we set the a foundation for the conversation by talking about gender roles and sexuality in history and mythology. The concept of the divine hermaphrodite conatins important symbolic knowledge that is meant to help mankind attain freedom through morality and the proper use of our mind and body. However, we will see how that divine archetype is actively being perverted to fit an agenda of eugenics through the phenomenon of epi-eugenics or getting the herd to cull themselves. We even have an SNL sketch to share which we rightfully, uh, borrowed to help us educate and do other Creative Commons appropraite things.

All of this will leads into next week's topic of art, gender, and the modern notion of gender identity which seems to be suddenly very important to and well-funded by the Baal-ionaires of the world.

The final discussion in our exploartion of gender identity and human sexual roles culminates in a shocking revelation. The same groups funding the transhumanist and technocratic agenda are funding the transgender agenda (ok some of you probably could have seen this coming). Nevertheless, we present for your consideration two articles from pretty mainstream sources that show definitively a connection between the "foundation" approach of philanthropy and the big pHarma and big tech fascist corporations. If you know anyone who thinks that the LGBT(especially the T) movement is grass-roots and not funded by evil baal-ionaires, show them these articles. The connection is undeniable, sorry Karen.

In this episode, we talk about trauma and its relation to debt, looking at debt as a physical parallel of the pshyco-spiritual phenomenon of trauma. We examine coming-of-age and plant medicine rituals and their relation to understanding both one's self and the one's place in the community. We question the wisdom of engaging with a culture devoid of such rituals and ponder the relationship between a lack of these rituals and the modern prevelence of 'identity crisis.' We make the analogy between these rituals and the exploration of the internal cathedral that is the mind and spirit of each individualted unit of consciousness we call "I."
All of this will be a prelude to next week's topic of art, gender, and the modern notion of gender identity which seems to be suddenly very important to and well-funded by the Baal-ionaires of the world.
