Vipassana Kammathana Practice Seeing Suffering the 1st Noble Truth
Vipassana Kammathana Practice explained by an imperfect practitioner (as are all who are not yet attained noble Persons who have gained Stream Entry or above), focusing on the necessity for a true practitioner with faith in the Enlightened Teachings of the Budddha, to See Suffering, or, in Buddhist Terminology, 'Dhukkha' (Dis-Satisfactoriness), which is the 1st of the 4 Noble Truths, which are the first thing a person has to understand, in order to cultivate the causes, of the desire to follow the practices, which were taught by the Lord Buddha. One has to See Suffering and Experience it First, before One can develop the Wish to Escape that Suffering. Knowing Suffering, the 1st Noble Truth, is therefore the first thing a person must Understand and have Experienced and Seen, before One can call Oneself a True Buddhist. The talk also wanders into various other topics which are listed in academic study, but which i explain in the talk, are only necessary to learn the words and basic concepts of, because once one has begun to practice the base practice of Vipassana Mindfulness practice, all of these long lists of academic concepts fall into place within your own inner vision and understanding, naturally, through seeing the truth of these things within your own contemplative meditation.
