After grabbing the Bracelet of the Lonely Heir from Brodia, we now journey to Elusia to grab the next one, only to get caught up in the middle of a war between the kingdoms of Elusia and Solm! According to the third and fourth members of the Four Winds Madeline and Mauvier, Queen Ivy of Elusia has begun a ritual to resurrect Sombron (much like her father in the main world did), and Queen Timerra of Solm has launched an invasion to stop it! Both queens carry an Emblem Bracelet, Ivy with Soren's bracelet, Timerra with Camilla's. This battle introduces a free-for-all battle mechanic. In these battles, there are two enemy armies, one red and one yellow. Both sides are your enemies, but they are also enemies to each other, meaning if you can stay out of their way as much as possible, they can kill each other and save you some work. However, you won't be able to stay out of their way long, because at turn 3, Ivy will notice your tiny squad and start zeroing in on you, bringing wyvern riders and Corrupted Wyverns as reinforcements. The next turn Timerra starts moving as well, but she'll march toward the Elusian army while Ivy chases you down. Killing Ivy is the hardest part of this mission, not only because of Ivy herself, but also because of the reinforcements she brings with her. Sure, one or two of the Corrupted Wyverns might fly toward the Solm army instead of you, but these things are tough. They deal a ton of damage, and they're tough to kill in a single attack if you don't have Lyn's Mulagir bow. Once Ivy's squad is down, just sit back and wait for one side to finish the other off and then let the winners come to you. Timerra was worn down at the end of the might allowing us to finish the job easier.
