Got all of these wonderful books for 50% off or better. I think they'll be an asset to my Game Mastering and might also double as reading material for my kids.

This is dumb, but maybe with time and a little more effort, it could be something cool. Basically, this is a proof of concept "pilot" just to see what it looks like on YouTube.

There's a lot I skimmed over and forgot to mention - like all the high-resolution maps the PDF comes with. Also, if you buy the softcover from Amazon, definitely email me for the map files. I'll send them to you via Dropbox.

Taking each campaign, adventure, and encounter as its own thing - unique and, therefore, special - that's what it takes to capture an old school gaming style. The standardization of D&D (and other RPGs) is killing the old school feel which most nostalgic gamers long for.
For example, if you take your significant other out to dinner at the same restaurant for every single anniversary, it's eventually going to get stale - no matter how much you both enjoy it!. Savor the little things, the details, the nuances which make each exploration of a 10' by 10' room worth going through the trouble. Describe the road less traveled! I don't mean heaping on the monsters/treasure/magic. No, heap on the strangeness, the mystery, let your DM imagination run wild every so often. Surprise your players!
