Frankie Howerd was one of the great survivors of British comedy.
Despite two notable falls in popularity, he always bounced back to the top of the comedy pile.
At the time of his death he was probably as popular as he had ever been, even enjoying cult status with younger audiences.

Apartment for Peggy is quite a rare movie to find, the copy we have is corrupted in places, so I've had to remaster it as best as I can, the titles were unuseable, hence the thumbnail at the beginning of the movie, the rest I think it's as close to the original as possible, the aspect ratio has been changed from 4.3 to 16.9 enhancing the movie to full screen.
