After cancelling my previous subscription to the Zavvi Zbox due to it being pretty poor quality and them having terrible customer service I was tempted back by a recent offer they did whereby you could receive "two free past mystery boxes" in return for subscribing again and buying a box at full price. I was hugely disappointed to find that Zavvi sent me two identical boxes, each containing only 4 items and most of them were damaged in some way! I went online and found other people who had been ripped off by Zavvi too including one poor soul who ended up with 4 of these identical boxes of crap! (I will ask that person to comment below!) I reached out to Zavvi for help but could not get any response at all, so I'm making this video to warn everyone that Zavvi REALLY suck and you should probably just avoid them, especially little scams like this.
