A low carb diet generally has 10-20% of total calories coming from carbohydrates, which on a 2000 calorie diet is 50-100 g of carb per day, primarily coming from vegetables
About 20% would come from protein which is 125 g for a 2000 calorie diet.
This leaves 60-70% of your diet coming from fat which would be 130-150 g on that same 2000 calorie diet. This will help keep you satisfied and provide energy.

News flash: Low Calorie diets create the Yo-Yo effect.
Our bodies adapt to the lower calorie diet by proactively lowering our metabolism to match it so we won’t starve.
So we have less energy, less burned for body heat and we are hormonally set to put weight back on.
There’s the Yo-Yo.
You can avoid this and still lose weight by eating adequate calories on a low carb diet and by eating 3 meals or less within a 12 hour window of the day-no snacking.
