This level has barrels and pond skaters dropping spiked bombs. As you along, you’ll see a red ring in the water and spinners with 3 platforms each. After hitting a red switch that reveals red blocks, you’ll spot the checkpoint. Pond skaters that drop bombs can have their bombs break hard blocks, allowing you to get the first Star Coin. Above a set of barrels is the 2nd Star Coin. Go through the pipe to the next area then another one above. In tiny form, run on the water then jump for the 3rd Star Coin. Go back to the main area then see a few Paratroopas until you find the pipe that takes you to the area where the goal is. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OD69NgV6Hs

The stage begins with a flipping platform over spikes. Next are some adjusting cannons with spikes in the ceiling. Slide through which ever path you want and continue defeating the adjusting cannons. Vents release eggs that hatch into birds. After a basic blue cannon, you’ll see some shield rockets. Take whichever path you want by going straight ahead or using the Rush Jet to fetch the ladder above. The lower path has rails over a big hole. The upper path has walking bulbs and cracked boxes. After taking either path, you’ll see more vents shooting eggs. Once you go far, you’ll go through the gates to battle the X Crusher. The machine just moves about dropping energy balls that split into 2 when on the ground. Use the Flame Blast weapon and aim for the sides of the boss. After taking out the machine, you’ll actually notice that Mr. X is not real and it’s actually Dr. Wily.
