This is the original video that I am responding to:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_HCIyc6MaA&ab_channel=RealVisionFinanceIn my video, I discuss Steven Van Metre's thesis that Fed money printing (QE, or quantitative easing) removes liquidity from the system and causes deflation. I debunk the claim that Fed money printing does not make its way into the real economy, but instead stays locked up in a reserve account at the Fed.
In fact, QE injects liquidity into the market and is inflationary, making stocks, gold, and Bitcoin all go up, as the USD gets further devalued against real assets.
