0.27 kg Candi Sugar, Clear (1.0 EBC) Sugar 4 9.1 %
15.00 g Summer [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 14.3 IBUs
10.20 g Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 6 -
10.20 g Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 7 -
0.4 pkg Belgian Wit (Mangrove Jack's #M21) Yeast 8 -
Mash @49 deg c for 20mins @65 dec c for 60 mins and @75 deg c for 10min
