The 5 Elements Of Intimacy w/ Steven Seva ~ ATTMind Ep. 21
Alternatively, I was gonna call this episode “A big YES to Sacred Sex”, but felt perhaps something a bit more specific would be relevant. But let that be an inclination as to what this episode will be8 offering. Steven Seva Roland is a Canadian Tantra and Sacred Intimacy workshop facilitator, coach, mentor and author.
We talk personal stories and practical techniques for developing deeply intimately sexual connections. But of course, no episode on Tantric Sexuality would be complete without discussion arousal control in men as well as the cultivation of male non-ejaculatory organisms.
Jerónimo M.M. joins us on the show to discuss the cultural issues we are presented with insofar as integrating psychedelics into the mainstream of the Western World of the Global North. We also talk about preparing for the unintended consequences of ending prohibition and the amputation of culture that comes with our globalized export of psychoactive plants.

The somewhat painful emergence out of the the "Just Say No" fallacy of the Nancy Reagan DARE moment is underway at the cutting edge of festival and nightlife culture. In it's place, Harm Reduction has come to the forefront as the next wave of drug education. But more than just drug education, Harm reduction is a public health philosophy that basically says "people are gonna do risky things, might as well give them real, evidence based information to at least make informed choices, so as to minimize risk".
On this episode of ATTMind Radio, we feature Paul Brooks. He is a journalist and founding member of Calgary Party Safe, a not-for-profit harm reduction organization. He is also manager of a popular downtown club in Calgary, Alberta, Communication Director for Bass Coast Music Festival, and a super great guy. He is on the show to explore not only the philosophy and evolution of harm reduction, but some practical information about staying safe when sampling psychoactives.

Amanita Dreamer is on the show to talk about her story of healing from panic and anxiety with the amanita muscaria mushroom.
We also talk about the mushroom's pharmacology, safe preparation and use; and how (and why) it can help us heal from not only childhood trauma but pre-birth and infancy trauma by re-parenting us. Finally, we talk about what it means to live traumatized in a traumatized and traumatizing world and how the amanita mushroom might help us discover, and build, a world that feels like a safe home.

Depending on your vantage point, the world seems to be in pretty rough shape. From delusional presidents to ecological collapse to rampant rates of mental illness. Some proponents of psychedelics, with good reason, believe that the root of these issues lays in the nature of our psychological and spiritual health, which could be bettered by taking psychedelics.
This sense of the possibility of radical transformation occasioned by psychedelics gives rise to a sense that psychedelics possess some sort of messianic promise or are inherently redemptive. This leads us to consider: should everyone take psychedelics?
