The 2019 Christmas train The only thing I have that's stable enough to reliably hold up the GoPro camera is a short, rigid, Tyco "Santa Fe" diesel-electric locomotive. I think it must be wired backward, in which case all the ones I have except this Soo Line are. So it's pulling backward on the train whilst the one in front pulls forward. The only reason the train goes forward at all is that the one in the rear doesn't have much traction. Except that it only has drive wheels on one side, it would be good for cleaning the rails! But inevitably, it causes derailment.
