Well folks, more and more polling data has been coming out recently, of course, showing that Donald Trump has a vice-like grip on the Republican nomination. Even the polls that have come out since last Monday's, Georgia indictments, Trump's still winning. He's actually winning by more today than he was a week and a half ago before the indictments came down. So Trump's got that Republican nomination on lockdown. The problem is, as the conservative news outlet, the Washington examiner pointed out, Trump has no path to a general election victory. Let me read you this again. Washington Examiner, not exactly a liberal rag, had this to say in an op-ed, a poll from the Associated Press, N O R C Center for Public Affairs Research found that 53% of people say they would definitely not support Trump in the general election compared to 43% who said the same of President Biden. A Fox News poll has Trump with a lower favorability than Biden among important swing groups, including independents, suburban voters, especially suburban women and undecided voters. An A b, C news poll found that 50% of people think Trump should suspend his campaign in light of the indictments in Georgia, which people think are more serious than those in New York City and Florida. Quinnipiac and Meris both have Trump trailing Biden 47 to 46%. That is not impressive. Or something Trump's team can cite as proof he can win. Uh, Rasmussen has 63% of likely voters saying the country's headed in the wrong direction. People dislike Biden the economy and the current state of the country. And Trump is still losing with a nearly negligible pool of persuadable voters who also like Biden more than Trump. And again, this isn't coming from, you know, Huffington Post, it's, it's not coming from Raw Story or alternate or any other liberal website talking points. Memo, think progress. Oh, sorry, they've been gone forever. I just showed my age with that. But this from the Washington Examiner. And even they're saying there's no path to a general election victory for Donald Trump. And for the record, you know, those polls that show that, oh, Biden's only winning by one point, or he and Trump are tied. I don't buy into that at all because you gotta look at the rest of the data in there too, because the rest of the data tells us that those undecided voters are all leaning towards Biden. Trump is not winning over any new people with these indictments. He's securing his stranglehold with the Republican nomination. Sure. Because they believe this is a political persecution and we gotta band together and save him. I get it, it's stupid, it's wrong, but I get it. But out there in regular America, the people who don't have a MAGA hat hanging in their closet, those people are looking at this and saying like, why? Why would I vote? I may not be happy with the guy in the White House now, but why would I vote for this guy that keeps getting indicted like every other day that that's not attractive to me? Plus that's the guy that was president for four years, let us all go to hell with C O V I and didn't do anything to help me then. So why would I support him? Because even though right now all of the laser focus of the media is on Donald Trump's indictments, people out there actually still remember how not great the Trump years were. What are Florida students supposed to do when they have to compete against students from other states? DeSantis is crippling the education system for years to come. Uh, lot of Florida questions today and, and actually, I put the list together. I know that's not even it. Um, so here's the thing, and I've talked about this in a recent video. Florida test scores are, are dropping, they're dropping like flies. They're dropping so bad. DeSantis actually changed the way we do testing here in the state of Florida instead of having, uh, not quarterly, but every three months or so. The way it worked prior to this year, every three months, you would have an assessment test for, for pretty much all grades over third grade, and it would test the knowledge you had gained in the last three months. He changed that because the test scores were getting so bad. So now instead it's the exact same test three times a year, and we're only gonna count the test scores at the end of the year. So basically, you have all year to take this same test until you have to take it at the end when you should be smarter than you were at the beginning of the school year. And then of course, your grades are gonna look better, the scores are gonna be better. We're gonna look like we're doing something when in reality we're not. The state of Florida has the worst knowledge retention drop off between ages, uh, uh, excuse me, grades four and eight. By eighth grade, our students here in the state of Florida have retained less knowledge and no less than anywhere else in the country. We are making our children dumber because of these Republican policies that are exactly designed to do that. That's what 30 plus years of Republican rule in this state will get you. And it is going to have consequences. It will have repercussions for our children. They're doing worse because of it. And you know, we're, we're stuck with it. Unless we could each go out and hire private tutors, which obviously we can't, this is what we get. There's no reason you can't release it other than the fact that our military, other than the fact that our weapons industry is making a killing through selling weapons to the Saudis, and that there's the oil problem, and that there's this problem and that problem, and these are our friends. These are absolute dictorial murderers who actually planned and participated in the murder of 3000 Americans on American soil. He could do something tomorrow. Garland could do something tomorrow. What they did on this was they shifted. They said, well, no, you know, we've given this to the office of the Chief prosecutor for military commissions, and it's kind of in their hands, ridiculous argument. FBI could do something. Everybody in the Department of Justice could do something about this. They could release this tomorrow if they wanted. Instead, they've been hiding it for decades. And it's making it very difficult for the families who were victims to this to recover anything for their losses. It really is. And I think just the coverup itself is really the strongest proof that people need that, yes, we are protecting Saudi Arabia. Their involvement was clearly deeper than we know, because we already know that they had the money, they had the training, they did all of this, but it's clearly so much deeper that they don't want us to know, because then the public will demand we cut off everything to Saudi Arabia. Yesterday, it was revealed the two of the prosecutors working with the Manhattan district attorney's office on the ongoing Trump investigation, abruptly resigned because they believe that the new Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg is not taking the investigation seriously.
