RS Components refused to sell me a roll of solder, and it even took them 5 weeks to process the order in the first place, what the heck RS?

I can buy solder from any other retailer, but RS refused to sell it to me, as it is "not for sale to individuals".

I do a basic calibration of the IT-28 using resistors as per the IT-28 manual.
