As I walked down the sidewalk I see a guy in a red shirt yelling a few times, "Pottstown Police Department!" before saying, "we're serving a warrant!" Then they kicked in the door and rushed inside. The police had been driving in the area all morning as well as plain clothes officers walking up and down the street, one being the guy in the red shirt. What you couldn't hear in the video is the police telling the guy with no shirt to "stop recording." There's no law in Pennsylvania that says you can't record in public and that includes police officers. ~You have the right to videotape and audiotape police officers performing official duties in public. It is not a violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretap Law to do so. That means you can record an officer during a traffic stop, during an interrogation, or while he or she is making an arrest.~
What you also couldn't hear in the video is the police explaining to the woman in the blue shirt is, "we knew who we were looking for was in that house. So we forced our way inside." It appeared to the woman the police didn't have the proper paperwork or, it seemed to her, the police were unprofessional and/or unlawful in their execution. I did some research, whether or not the police can kick in your door on a bench warrant is open for discussion, some lawyers say yes others say no. State Law only indicated what a bench warrant is, how it's issued and the process of the arrest. After some time had passed, I went to find the people who lived in that house but nobody answered when I knocked. The neighbors were friendly and one told me the police stated, "they were looking for a car." It's unclear to me what kind of warrant Pottstown Police Department served and if they really needed to kick in someone's door. I've been arrested on bench warrants many many many times. Only once did they pretend they would kick in the door, and they did kick it in. It was my understanding from local and county judges, the police can't kick in your door on a bench warrant. That's what they told me right before they had township pay for a new door anyway. I hope everything works out for the people living in that house. The one positive I took from this is....nobody was wearing a mask! Make sure you know your rights!
Be kind to yourself and everyone else too.

Weed wacker on holiday, made a new friend...there's always something to do on the Homestead. Happy chickens, more seeds in the ground, tweet tweet little birdies and my favorite.
This abomination to the species raped his 10 month old daughter, beat her in the head and left her to die. This isn't ok. Pedophilia will not be "the new norm"
5G is killing our children! Wireless radiation is linked to cancers, heart disease, diabetes, birth defects, miscarriages and infertility. Local governments push for 5G citing how the technology is so helpful but they don't ever talk about the dangers and harmful effects 5G towers pose, especially to our children.

Mayor Herbert is a communications guy and very much wants to use 5G in this smalI town. Is there a pay bonus in it for him? Did the mayor read any of the information on how harmful 5G is? Does he care?
Is faster internet worth the lives of your children? Is it worth the lives of your grandchildren? 5G towers emitt harmful radiation and they're up at playgrounds and schools poisoning children everyday.
Say NO! to 5G genocide.
