If you do this for 40 days and 40 nights, I'll bet you become more positive and less anxious. Write out your thoughts each night before bed and then finish up by writing 5 things you are grateful for. In the morning, write out how you want your day to go, then 5 things you are grateful for. You may begin to feel less stressed and more calm. Anxiety and depression may be reduced and you can start to feel better!
