?❤ Dragon Dreamer ❤? • Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid AMV • Tekko 2021 Best Upbeat
I was kinda waiting till Christmas Day to upload this, but I decided, eh whatever.
As of today, it's been 2 years (and 13 days) since I began making AMVs, and I feel like I've come a long way with my editing skills. This one is probably, next to my Ponyo AMV, one of the most adorable videos I've made so far!
This AMV is also holds value to me b/c 1) I've never done so much masking and lip syncing in one AMV before, so this really took a while, and 2) it's my first video using a KyoAni anime (and also b/c I just ❤❤ this anime!). Since the fire occured this past summer, I've been trying to see if I could make a tribute AMV to honor their many amazing works, but I could never find the time due to my other AMVs (and endless classes), so hopefully in the future, I'll get to it when I have the chance.

I made and uploaded this about a year ago, but it ended up getting blocked. Made some improvements that'll hopefully avoid copyrights.
I have been in love with this show ever since it began airing, and have enjoyed every moment of this emotional rollercoaster of a show. I love Steven Universe and everything that came with it, the laughs, the tears, the action, the life-lessons-- everything! This vid is my best representation of that.

Just a little class project I spruced and touched up a little after turning it in for a final. This little documentary I made was another trial I faced for my video editing skills.
The basic synopsis of this video is of me going around the Creative Arts Department of my college, going around asking students their opinions on how they like the Creative Arts curriculum, and how each of them adjust to college life. It's not the most professional project I've ever done, but I'm just glad I finished it anyway.

This is my first time taking part in a Secret Santa event, so I put something together that seems a little bit off, but I think this came out pretty well for a first attempt. Dropping a new AMV today, courtesy of this year's Anime Weekend Atlanta! This vid and I have quite the history; it's because I've been in and out editing this for a year and a half since April 2021, due to working on other vids, editor's block, and classes. I had tons of cons and contests I've wanted to finish this for, so when those fell through, I finally decided to push for the AWA deadline.
Kill la Kill was one of THE best shows from Trigger (behind Little Witch Academia) that I've ever watched. It's anime like this that really live up to their name, thanks to the creative staff behind it.
I had a lot of fun making because I really wanted to edit w/ this song, and I had a WHOLE LIST of sources to use before finally settling on KLK. I also enjoyed watching everyone's entries for this year! There was so much variety and I wish the best of luck to everyone in the contest! And thanks to @Kireblue for beta testing this months in advance.
I might take a little break from editing to focus on school, so hang tight. Hopefully, you'll hear from me again before the end of the year.
