"SD Technologies 24x7" Tech Support Scam | Scammer logs into payment page
This was probably the best scam bait I have ever done in all the scam baits I have done in the past (you will see in the video why). This company did the usual scams lying about services in msconfig saying that normal disabled services needed to be re-enabled which was a lie, These services are normally disabled. Then he went into netstat and lied about the the connections. The connections that were shown were the connection of the LogMeIn service he was connected to. Then he wanted to charge me a "lifetime fee" and 2 years of "support" with plans that didn't even match the plans on their website. Once we got to the point of the "work on the computer" he ran the free version of Malwarebytes and the dir /s command. Malwarebytes has nothing to do with the network and the payment was supposed to be for premium services not free services that I can download my self. The dir /s command all that does is list directories. After this I confronted the scammer on there BS job and gave them my strong opinion on what I thought of them.
This fake cold call center tech support scam left 2 voicemails on my machine claiming that my firewall was breached, upon calling they went through with the same lies that my firewall was breached when it really wasn't.

June 26th, 2017, I called a toll-free number (877-219-8684) that had a spam listing on Google claiming to be Gmail Tech Support, Kindle Support, Cricket Support, Norton Support, you name it they probably used it. So once I called this company, I stated that there was a message on my screen that said system alert. As expected, the scammer wanted to connect to my machine and "diagnose" the issue. He had me go to the GoToAssist website and download their software so he could connect to my machine over the internet. Once connected, he performed many of the common tech support scamming tactics such as running the tree command in CMD and writing out that I have a virus, lying about the logs in event viewer claiming they are all viruses, lying about the Performance tab in task manager claiming the CPU section had was my network utilization. So on and so forth. After all this he wanted to charge me a whopping $599.99 for fake services I didn't need and for problems I didn't have.

I received a robo call on my softphone of someone claiming that there may be ransomware on my computer. This of course I know is false. They called the wrong guy. Once the scammer was connected to my virtual machine, he performed many of the same scamming tactics that are commonly seen among these types of scammers. Lying about the connections in netstat, saying that the services in msconfig or task manager are not normally stopped and lying claiming that the normal errors and logs in event viewer are all viruses when they aren't. He also, lied and said that I had no security on my computer however, he didn't even bother checking to see if I had security before saying that. If he would have looked, he would have saw that I have security and it's working just fine. After all this, he wanted to charge me an insane amount of $299.99 for problems I don't have and services I don't need.

This fake tech support company creates fake BSOD pop-ups to lure people into believing they have a Blue Screen of Death and getting them to call the scam company. This number probably has many companies attached to it. The company I reached "Nishkul Tech" they were as expected a scam. The "Technician" I talked to named "Adam" began his scam by opening CMD and running the tree command which just list directories in the computer and he claimed he was "doing a security scan" and that it would scan the network and the computer which is an obvious lie. Once the "scan" finished he had typed "trojan installed!!! network hacked!! IP compromised!!" which was completely fake and false. Then he went on to talk about NAP or Network Access Protection. He claimed it had to be enabled which is false by default it's normally disabled and only needs to be enabled if your on a domain. After this he went into cmd again and ran netstat and claimed the IP addresses listed were there because my comodo security wasn't good enough. When they were the IP address of the LogMeIn session we were connected to. Then he went on to lie that my Comodo antivirus wasn't good enough and only protected from the viruses which is false. Then he wanted me to pay $299.95 for problems I don't have and services I don't need. After confronting him he deleted all the icons on the desktop and re-formatted my flash drive. He also told be to go "F*** myself, Real professional.
