The BMW E89 Z4 is the chassis code of the current second generation BMW Z4. Unlike its predecessor, the BMW E89 Z4 features an automatic retractable hardtop convertible roof like the Mercedes SLK, and can be raised and lowered in under 19 seconds. Since the BMW E89 Z4 had a retractable hardtop, there are no longer separate roadster and coupé versions of the car. The BMW E89 Z4 is the first BMW to be designed by two female designers - Juliane Blasi (exterior) and Nadya Arnaout (interior) in 2006.
A total of €130 million was spent from 2007-2009 in expanding the plant for production of the BMW E89 Z4. Unlike its predecessor (the BMW E85 Z4), the BMW E89 Z4 is produced in the Regensburg plant, and not in Greer, South Carolina. The BMW X3 took its place, which made the Spartanburg plant the main production centre for the BMW X family. Production of the BMW E85 Z4 was discontinued in mid-2008, and the BMW E89 Z4 was produced from February, 2009 onwards.

Released in May 2011 to coincide with the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the game is based on the Pirates of the Caribbean film series and its storyline covers all four films. Gameplay is similar to previous Lego games in the series. The game uses the same two player drop in drop out co-op mechanics used in all the Lego games. The hub in this game is called The Port. From here, players advance through the game, unlock characters and extras, and as players get further through the game, The Port will evolve and get bigger, revealing new areas to unlock and discover new things. Like past titles, different characters have different abilities. For example, everyone (except characters like Davy Jones who can walk under water) can swim under water, and members of Davy Jones's crew can breathe whilst doing so, Captain Jack Sparrow has the ability to use his compass, which points him to hidden items throughout the level, Will Turner has the ability to throw axes at targets to complete objectives, while female characters such as Elizabeth Swann have the ability to jump higher than other characters in order to access areas unreachable to other characters.
The 3DS version uses the StreetPass feature to activate sword fights

This car was featured in Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 4, Gran Turismo 5 and Gran Turismo 6.
In 2006 the team was rewarded when they captured the class championship. The company also have competed in the D1 Grand Prix drifting series since 2004.
For their second year of competition (2005), their driver Masao Suenaga, scored a sole victory at Fuji Speedway, but finished as runner up overall in the Grand Prix, losing by just one point to Yasuyuki Kazama.

Rallying is a form of motorsport that takes place on public or private roads with modified production or specially built road-legal cars. It is distinguished by running not on a circuit, but instead in a point-to-point format in which participants and their co-drivers drive between set control points (special stages), leaving at regular intervals from one or more start points. Zagato made two special versions of 155. In 1993, the 155 TI.Z was introduced,[10] and in 1995, the 155 GTAZ.[11] Both models had more muscular looking exterior and more power than regular models, the TI.Z had 170 PS (130 kW; 170 hp) Twin Spark engine and GTAZ had the 155 Q4's turbocharged two litre engine now producing 215 PS (158 kW; 212 hp). Both models were built only a limited amount and many of the cars were sent to Japan
The 155 was very successful in touring car racing, using the Supertouring-homologated GTA and the V6 TI for the DTM. Between 1992 and 1994, the 155 managed to take the Italian Superturismo Championship, the German DTM championship (both with Nicola Larini at the wheel), the Spanish Touring Car Championship (with Adrián Campos), and the British Touring Car Championship (with Gabriele Tarquini). The 155 remained competitive until it was replaced with the 156, finishing third in the DTM (then known as the International Touring Car Championship, or ITC) in 1996 with Alessandro Nannini and winning the Spanish championship again in 1997 with Fabrizio Giovanardi. In 1993 Larini in an Alfa 155 placed second in the FIA Touring Car Challenge behind Paul Radisich in a Ford Mondeo. The 156 was to continue the high standard set by the 155, winning the European Touring Car Championship multiple times.
The Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI was a FIA Class 1 touring car that Alfa Corse raced from 1993 to 1996 in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft and the subsequent International Touring Car Championship.
A high-revving 2.5 L 60° V6 engine was coupled to a four wheel drive system, producing 490 PS (360 kW; 480 hp) at 11500 rpm.
Alfa Corse entered two 155 V6 TIs for works drivers Alessandro Nannini and Nicola Larini; the 1993 season was dominated by Larini winning 11 of 22 races,.[13]
In 1994 the rivals from Mercedes seemed to have the advantage but Alfa did manage to win a further 11 races. A more consistent performance from the Germans gave them the title.
Since the 1995 season the team got new sponsorship livery from Martini Racing.
The 1996 version had a 2.5 L 90° V6 engine based loosely on the PRV engine[14] delivering 490 PS (360 kW; 480 hp) at 11,900 rpm, had a top speed of around 300 kilometres per hour (190 mph) and weighed 1,060 kilograms (2,340 lb).[15]
The Alfa 155 V6 TI did a record of 38 wins (plus 3 other non championship races). The victories were obtained by seven different drivers: 17 (+1) Nicola Larini, 13 (+1) Alessandro Nannini, 2 Stefano Modena, 2 (+1) Christian Danner, 2 Michael Bartels, 1 Kris Nissen and 1 Gabriele Tarquini.

The BMW Z4 is a range of two-seat roadster and coupé models which have been produced since 2002. It is the third model in the BMW Z Series and the successor to the Z3.
The first generation (E85/E86) was produced with either a soft-top convertible roof, or as a fixed-roof coupe. The second generation was produced in one body style, using a retractable hardtop roof.
The Z4 has been powered by a range of inline-4 and straight-6 petrol engines. For the first generation (E85/E86), all of the engines were naturally aspirated.
For the second generation (E89), the first turbocharged engine became available and by 2011 the entire range used turbocharged engines.
Initially, the Z4 was produced in South Carolina in the United States. In 2008, production was moved to Regensburg Germany.

Darle el rendimiento de un coche de carreras a uno estándar; no hay duda de que este es el objetivo final de un coche deportivo. El Rocket fabricado por Light Car Company en Essex persigue este objetivo. El vehículo, diseñado por Gordon Murray, fue concebido antes del comienzo oficial del desarrollo de McLaren F1. Su silueta, similar a la de un puro con un motor montado en medio, recuerda a los monoplazas de la F1 de finales de los 50, momento en el que, paradógicamente, estos comenzaron a distanciarse en el diseño de los nuevos coches deportivos.
El concepto del diseño de Gordon Murray siempre se basa en un centro de gravedad bajo y en un peso ligero, y el Rocket es un claro ejemplo de ello, con un peso de menos de 400 kg en su forma estándar. Mediante el uso de un casco de acero propio de los coches de competición del pasado, dispone de un capó de fibra de vidrio. El diseño parece de monoplaza, pero no lo es, ya que pueden sentarse dos pasajeros, uno delante de otro, como en una moto. Por supuesto, cuando llevas a un pasajero en el asiento trasero, no hay espacio para el equipaje.
El motor se corresponde con uno de motocicleta de 4 cilindros horizontal alineado con la transmisión. En la mayoría de los modelos, se trata del Yamaha FJ1200 y, como la transmisión es de retorno, dispone de un cambio de marchas secuencial. En su momento, se trataba del coche con la aceleración más rápida del mundo. Contaba con una conducción muy ágil y podía frenar a distancias increíblemente cortas lo que, combinado con la capacidad de revolucionarse hasta a 10 500 rpm, suponía una conducción sobrecogedora. No obstante, su éxito comercial fue muy limitado, dado su altísimo precio.
El Diseño de los Fórmula 1 nunca eran convencionales, pero cuando Gordon Murray dio a conocer su primer coche de calle que realmente rompieron convención. Rocket Simplemente apodado, el coche ligero es una combinación de la tecnología con el diseño motorcylce monoplaza. No sólo el motor de Yamaha y caja de cambios eran de dos ruedas derivada, sino también la posición única de estar en tándem. Esto permitió a Murray para construir un monoplaza, que podía albergar a dos personas.
Un fuerte chasis de bastidor de acero fue la base para el coche. Al igual que un motor de Fórmula 1, la válvula de la unidad 20 Yamaha fue utilizado como un miembro totalmente estresado. Suspensión era sencillo, con brazos oscilantes dobles en ambos extremos. Murray diseñó un cuerpo monoplaza muy retro, que en muchos aspectos se parecía a la Fórmula Vee coches de la década de 1960. Para el cuerpo y para bicicletas guardabarros ala se utiliza una gran cantidad de materiales exóticos para mantener el peso.

The Renault Magnum is a heavy-duty truck that was produced by the French Manufacturer Renault Véhicules Industriels and later Renault Trucks (also part of Renault, now Volvo) from 1990 to 2013. The Magnum was available in semi and rigid configurations, both configurations could be bought with a 6×2 or 4×2 drivetrain. The 6×4 is merely designed for heavy haulage uses.
First launched in 1990 the Magnum was awarded the "International Truck of the Year" in 1991.
The Magnum featured in Top Gear S12 E01, when Jeremy Clarkson bought one for less than £5,000 in the Top Gear Lorry Challenge.
A few days after the presentation of its totally renewed range, in Lyon, Renault Trucks was getting ready to turn the page on the Renault Magnum. On Wednesday 26 June 2013, the keys to the last Magnum were presented to hauliers Robert Chabbert, at the Bourg-en-Bresse site, with a brand-new Renault Trucks T also present.
Engine
The engine is derived from the 12L inline-6 engine of the AB Volvo Group. Changes include new engine management and an injection system co-developed with Delphi.

The transmission offered as standard is a ZF servoshift air-assisted 16-speed manual. The Optidrive II 12 speed automated transmission with 4 reverse speeds was offered as an option. This transmission could also be used in manual operation mode.
