Today's video was recorded the week of Thanksgiving to show you the syrup I was making to serve with pumpkin pancakes on Thanksgiving morning. All of my plans went awry when Susie the Kitten came to live in my TinyShed! To keep the elderberry syrup more shelf stable you can add alcohol (vodka) but, to serve over pancakes? Today's vlog is all about going to the dump/transfer station and will all my trash fit in the back of my truck? Turns out? No. But, all of the bagged trash fit. I'll have another run to dispose of all the cardboard and animal food bags I have stored in the duck annex! Another run for another day. I am glad to have empty cans! I feel free!
