Salisbury steak is an easy and inexpensive dinner that checks all the good boxes! Simmered in a delicious mushroom and onion gravy this Salisbury steak recipe is a total home cooking winner!
INGREDIENTS
• 1.5 - 2lb ground beef
• 3/4 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
• 2 medium sized onions, 1 shredded & 1 thinly sliced
• 6-8 garlic cloves, 2-3 finely shedded and 4-5 minced
• 1 egg
• a few sprigs of parsley, leaves removed and finely chopped
• salt & ground black pepper to taste
• 8 oz baby portobello mushrooms
• 1 shallot, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp beef bouillon paste
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 - 1 cup beef stock
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together by hand the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded onion, shredded garlic, egg, half of the fresh chopped parsley (reserving the rest for garnish), salt & pepper. Separate meat mix into 4-5 equal sized portioned and form patties by hand. Tightly compress the sides so they don't fall apart while cooking.
2. Heat a heavy bottomed pan over medium high to high heat, sear the patties in olive oil for about 2-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. They do not need to be fully cooked through at this point as they will finish cooking in the sauce. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium and add onions to pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft and then add mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add garlic and shallots. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and shallots are translucent. Season with salt & pepper.
4. Add tomato paste and mix well into softened onion and mushrooms. Once well incorporated, add bouillon paste, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup of beef stock. Mix well and bring to a low boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. If not enough liquid in the pan, add more beef stock to bring the liquid up.
5. Add beef patties back into the pan and spoon oven with the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes uncovered and then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

This healthy and easy lentil soup recipe comes together in no time and is absolutely loaded with vegetables! Most of the ingredients are common pantry ingredients and rather inexpensive vegetables so this is a very budget friendly recipe for those looking to eat healthy and not break the bank. This is also a vegetarian friendly version with no meat based products. Leave out the cheese rinds and then it’s vegan too! The recipe makes a lot of soup that you can freeze and store for dinner or lunch on a busy day with very little time to cook.

• ½ yellow onion, small dice
• salt & pepper
• sliced low fat yellow American cheese

Big Mac Sauce Dressing
• 1 ¼ cup Greek Yogurt (low fat or %0)
• ¼ cup low sugar ketchup
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
• 2 tsp white wine or white vinegar
• 2 tbsp honey
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 lbs chicken wings
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning - https://youtu.be/1Yt_jN1tDfY
• 2 tbsp Tajin seasoning
SWEET CHILI GLAZE
• 1-2 limes, juiced
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tsp Tajin Seasoning
• 2 tbsp apricot preserves
• 1 tbsp garlic chili paste
• 2 tsp soy sauce
MANGO CHILI SALSA
• 2 cups mango, small dice
• ½ red onion, small dice
• 2-3 scallion greens, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup pickled chili peppers, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 lime, juiced
• salt & fresh black pepper
• lime wedges (to garnish)
DIRECTIONS
1. Season wings with oil, Chef Ange Base Seasoning - https://youtu.be/1Yt_jN1tDfY, and Tajin seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
2. Whisk together and combine SWEET CHILI GLAZE ingredients.
3. Combine MANGO CHILI SALSA ingredients and place in fridge until wings are done cooking.
4. Over a preheated grill over medium high heat, arrange wings and cook over direct heat flipping every few minutes until beginning to take on color. About 5-10 minutes.
5. Move wings to indirect heat and close grill cover and flip every 5 minutes for 2-3 times.
6. Finish wings over direct heat and remove when fully cooked and golden brown. About 30-35 minutes total.
7. Toss wings with SWEET CHILI GLAZE and transfer to serving platter.
8. Top with a with the MANGO CHILI SALSA. Garnish with lime wedges.

• part skim mozzarella, shredded
• black olives, sliced
• green bell pepper, finely chopped
• red onion, thinly sliced
• canned sliced mushrooms

7:19 Hawaiian Pizza

• pecorino romano cheese

• soppressata, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat toaster style air fryer to 450F
2. Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat.
3. Spray lightly with oil and place tortilla wrap in pan.
4. Moving quickly, spoon tomato sauce and cover with whatever toppings you'd like.
5. Spray lightly with oil and quickly transfer pan into air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown and crust is brown and crispy.
6. Remove from air fryer and place on cutting board with a wide spatula.

Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed Muffins
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup raw honey
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
¾ cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 Lemons
1 ¾ cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons poppyseeds
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
Lemon Glaze
1 lemon
2 tablespoons raw honey
⅔ cup confectioners sugar
