(As interacting with random strangers, does sometimes bring narrative issues.) 5- Using icons & message, you can express better what a particular event is doing, instead of having to animate it. 6- Use this to inform the player what a particular event was doing or thinking, before & after your interaction with them. (Like before your interacted with a guard, they were thinking about how low-paying their job is. And after your interaction, they start thinking how the protagonist is acting suspicious.)
