Fundamental Theorem of Calculus - Proof of Part 1 of the Theorem
In this video, I go through a general proof of the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus which states that the derivative of an integral is the function itself. This is one of the most important theorems in all of mathematics so it is important to understand the proof of it.
My earlier videos I went over how to precisely define and prove the limits of a function in general. In this video I use the same concept but look at one sided limits and how to precisely define them. The concept is pretty much the same as for general limits.

In this video I go over further into Polar Coordinates and this time look at Example 12 Question A which revisits the Limaçons curves from Example 11 but now I take an analytical approach as opposed to the graphical approach from the previous example. Question A looks at the “loop” which I showed occurred for values of c that are larger than 1 or less than -1, i.e. the absolute value of c is greater than 1, in the Limaçon formula r = 1 + c sin ϴ. We are asked to prove this is the case, and thus I go over an VERY extensive analytical proof by first showing that the requirement for the loop is to have two angles where the coordinates are at the origin, and between them the r-values are negative. I show that this is only possible when |c| is greater than 1. This is an extremely detailed proof video, but if you follow along the whole thing you will be that much more knowledgeable about mathematics in general, so make sure to watch this video! In this video I go over a two-part problem that involves proving a trigonometric identity and then using that identity to find the sum of an infinite series. The trig identity involves a half angle tangent function. The infinite series involves solving with a telescoping sum and applying L'Hospital's Rule.

In this video I go over further on the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 alleged teleportation videos, and this time double down on the duplicate frame by showing that the UFO orb rotates the WRONG direction at the 45th second frame! In my previous video I showed that the supposed MH370 thermal plane footage likely involved a copy and paste job for one of the frames, which is unlike any typical video compression techniques, and this video further confirms it. Going frame by frame on the orb, it maintains its rotational motion throughout the video except at the 45 second frame, where is rotates abruptly the wrong direction before abruptly rotating back in the next frame. At the 47 second frame, the duplicate frame shows proper orb motion with no abrupt changes. Thus the 47th frame is likely the correct frame while the 45th frame is the edited frame.
Note also that the first "stereoscopic satellite 3D" plane footage involves the plane, orbs, and clouds moving every 5th frame while the mouse moves every frame besides duplicating every 5th frame. In the thermal video, it too doubles every 5th frame. If you know why this is or have further information on it, please let me know!

In this video I go over Question 3 of the Discovery Project: Geometry of a Tetrahedron. This question uses the results from Question 1, in which I calculated the areas of the 4 triangular faces. Using those results, I show that the area squared of the opposite triangular face is equal to the sum of the squares of the 3 areas adjacent to the opposite vertex. In other words, we have a three-dimensional version of the Pythagorean Theorem: D^2 = A^2 + B^2 + C^2

In #MESExperiments 14, I demonstrate a very interesting finding that I had not previously suspected with gyroscopes and that is the steepness of the angle of precession has very little direct effect on the rate of precession. Note that in this context I refer to the rate or “period” of precession as the number of precession revolutions per time (in this case per minute hence RPM) and should be distinguished from precessional or angular velocity which is the actual speed of the center of mass moving in precession. This observation of the precession rate being unaffected by the steepness of the angle indicates both that the angular velocity of the center of mass is increasing as the angle is steeper (since the gyro has further distance to precess) but also that there is an underlying symmetry taking place between the gyro spin speed and the rate of precession.
Furthermore, my prior intuition was that the steeper the gyroscope the more “torque” would be imposed which should drive both the precession rate and velocity faster to maintain its (anti-gravitic) levitation. But given my earlier experiments of gyroscopes literally behaving massless in precession, it seems fitting and more reasonable that precession has a much more correlated and direct connection to the spin speed than conventionally understood.
Four gyroscope tests were performed in this experiment and at angles: 31°, 45°, 65°, and 84° from the vertical. The full results are show in the Excel Spreadsheet file and corresponding Steemit Notes.

I discuss the data and findings in the Steemit article so make sure to go over it. Interesting findings include the precession rate increases with elapsed time but up to a “peak precession rate” after which the precession rate drops. Since the near horizontal 84° gyro fell down quickly it did not exhibit a typical “peak precession rate” but rather fell at its highest precession rate. This is definitely a subject of further study.
Further discussion of the findings, the links to the original gyro tests, specific data measurements, and weight measurements (the gyro used is 150.68 grams with the stem) are also included in the Steemit post.
Note: I accidentally skipped over the 233 revolutions count for the 65° test but have corrected this in the Excel/Steemit data.
