CS:GO's workshop continues to be a battleground, with spammers on one side, and everybody else on the other. It's a negative-sum game, Valve- you hate those! Pls fix

WARNING: if you can't adjust the 3D settings then I'd recommend viewing this in Internet Explorer.
You don't need glasses- learn the cross-eyed method here!

If it doesn't look 3D, you may have the pictures the wrong way around. Tick 'Swap (right-left) if it looks wrong. I'll explain which modes to tick this on further down:
At the beginning of this video I demonstrate how to enable this mode on Youtube. Click on the Settings icon at the bottom of the video, next to where it says 3D click on 'Options' and from the two pop-up lists, SCROLL DOWN (Important) the bottom one to the 'No Glasses' option. Don't have 'Swap (right-left) enabled for this mode.
You can have a full-screen stretched view if you select 'Side by Side' but you MUST tick 'Swap (Right-left) or it will be the wrong way around.
I am showing these videos to help inform you of the current state of 3D games. Some are very good, others... not so much. Some are downright trippy. I hope this helps to inform your buying decisions! Below you can visit the main page where I'm posting all of my findings for various games.

The general idea of this video is that it may be better just to record how good you are, rather than to deliberately try to get better. Find a long-term, less stressful method of getting better and you'll beat those sprinting away from the starting line.
0:00 - Teamwork, map strategies etc
0:21 - Aim practice routines
0:41 - How it could be better NOT to have a fixed routine
1:20 - Find an aim map
1:27 - Making a daily test
1:54 - Recording your score every day
2:02 - Rules you must follow
2:12 - Conclusion and future training
I've done this in video format, but some may find the instructions typed below easier to follow:
It's better to record how good you are already than it is to start a rigorous training schedule straight away. Aim is one element of your ability that you can record and improve in your own time. To improve your accuracy...
1) Download a map like THIS ONE http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=213240871&searchtext=
2) Set yourself a challenge that you can attempt but not perfect. For me, I change the DELAY to 0.25, the DURATION to 0.5 and the number of targets to 50.
3) If it helps, hide your gun model by typing r_drawviewmodel 0 and hide the hud with cl_drawonlydeathnotices 1.
4) Do this ONCE A DAY just before closing CS:GO for the day. Record your results in an excel sheet for a number of weeks. (You're free to do mock-tests whenever you want, but be sure to decide on the PROPER test before you start it. No going back, no re-doing it).
5) Once you've done this for a while, decide whether you want to set a training schedule, or whether you're happy just doing small tasks to improve your performance gradually over time.
I've based this approach on one that has worked for me in numerous areas of my life. I was going to start dieting and exercising, but instead I simply began recording my weight every week. After a while I noticed it changed without me doing anything, and that small things (like walking to the shops a few times a week) had a small but noticeable impact on my weight. I found this far less stressful (and therefore easier to maintain) than a proper routine. Hopefully this helps your CS:GO aim training as well! For teamwork and other parts of CS:GO you could use your matchmaking rank, which should hopefully increase as time goes on. Improving your aim will also help in this regard.
