Flag of Nunavut, a Canadian territory.
The flag is based on the Nunavut coat of arms and features an Inuit land mark in the centre and a blue star in the fly representing the North star and the elders.
The flag was adopted when the territory was officially formed 1st April 1999.

Based on a British Red Ensign defaced with the shield of Alberta in the fly.
Based on historical documents and specifications the flag could have existed and may have been flown, however there are no known instances of the flag being manufactured and flown nor available photographs showing the flag flying.
This flag would have been in use between 1905 and 1968 when the current flag was adopted.

Franco Ontario flag flying.
The flag was designed to represent the French heritage of the Franco Ontarians in Ontario.
The field is divided into green for summer with a fleur-de-lis representing the French heritage and white for winter and a stylised trillium, Ontario's provincial flower.
It was first flown 25th "September 1975 and the day is now commemorated as Franco Ontario Day.
The flag was officially recognised in 2001.
