This weeks brew is an IPA or IPL and is either black or brown or neither. I should probably sort this out in advance rather than halfway through the mash like an idiot.

Just a vlog as I find myself with some time to spare as the rest of my beloved family has ditched me to watch streaming video in their respective rooms.

Finally got to try this wonderful beer after a few weeks in the fridge. I loved it but found it hard to describe. The best way I can think of is that it was like the taste of cream soda in the mouth with a bitter smokey bbq finish. Does that even make sense to anyone?
It was bloody marvelous.

No it's not another boring beer review, this time it's actual brewday footage!
Brewing up an Anzac biscuit ale for the live brewday which I sort of missed but did get on the hangout for an hour or so which was probably enough. Nothing beats some drunk Irishman trying to talk to you on hangouts when you've just got out of bed at the crack of dawn.
Check out the channels below also. This is the video, enjoy me droning on about how good coconut smells.
