Windows Taskbar Visual Bug that happens sometimes...
captured 1 bug at minute 2:08
OBS was recording with Placebo h264 to have a Very High CPU load... to see if CPU load has something to do,
CPU has nothing to do, High CPU load does Not affect.
Bug does Not let Right Click the Windows Logo.
mouse wheel
1 vs 10 scroll lines.
lines are not pixels,
1 line still feels a bit coarse when moving slow in 1 steps at 1080p
but visdually acceptable, almost fools the human eye.
10 jumps "coarse", No smooth transition.
problem with 1 is that i need to move very fast the wheel to scroll in the screen at an acceptable speed.
does Not increase speed dynamically.
does Not have smooth transitions between 1 line and the next.
Similar happens with MIDI volume cc7,
its 0-127 steps, coarse enough to be noticeable when making a fade-in or fade-out,
DSP mixers like Yamaha DSP Factory or Digital consoles,
implemented years ago an algorithm to make smoth transitions between midi steps.
