Remarkable tale from the American covered wagon days. The opening shots are a reference to "The Shining" opening credits sequence (in my opinion), which itself makes a mention of the Donner Party when Jack and family are driving to the hotel for the first time. Our hardships pale in comparison to what these souls were put through.

"CBS ” 60 MINUTES” documentary on the swine flu epidemic of 1976 in the U.S. It went on air only once and was never shown again. Watch this video documentary and listen to testimony of people who caught Gullian-Barre paralysis because of the swine flu vaccine. They sued the US government for damages."

"In 1984, the landmark production of Einstein on the Beach was staged at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. It was the first time since 1976 that its principal creators—composer Philip Glass and director/designer Robert Wilson—had collaborated on restaging this tradition-breaking opera. Interviews with Glass and Wilson along with clips of rehearsals and performances offer insight into this important work. The film is a rare look at the creative process of two of the most important figures in American contemporary music and theatre, essential viewing for everyone interested in the evolution of the performing arts in our century."
