It's brew day. Today I'll be making a quick and easy cherry plum wine. This one gallon batch is great for beginners. It's very basic and has few ingredients. Store bought juice, jar of cherries, sugar, and yeast is all there is to it. Added in optional yeast nutrient and in a few months enjoy homemade wine. Enjoy!!!!

It’s brewing day! Today I’ll be make a very popular wine in my Social Media circles: Dragon’s Blood. This Wine has a very brilliant red color and is delicious. I use the following to make it:
1 gallon water
1 pound sugar
1 pound frozen triple berry mix
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
Half teaspoon tannin
1 tsp peptic enzyme
1 pk Red Star cuvée Wine yeast.

Today I bottle up some cider I started about a month ago. I will bottle condition the cider to make it sparkling. Which means carbonated. I'm going to try bottling into soda bottles this time. Soda bottles are designed to contain carbonated drinks, and can stand up to a carbonated cider. I want to try them before I recommend them for a cheap alternative to bottles. Inspired by a visit to some local wineries. Today I’ll show you how to make an Apfelewine Wine. This Germane apple wine is light and refreshing. Great for summer sipping. Unlike a cider this wine will have a bit more ABV alcohol by volume. I plan to let this age for about a year in order for it to reach its true potential.
You’ll need:
5 gal apple juice
2 lbs light brown sugar
1 pk Red Star Premier Blac yeast.

It's the full episode! Today I will make a mead in a beer/ ale style. Traditional mead is 3 pounds honey per gallon. With this I'll be using 1 pound per gallon to make a brew that's alcohol is more of that of a beer. I will also be adding 1 oz of citra hops to give it that beer taste. After the fermentation is finished I will bottle it as if it were a beer. By priming each bottle with a tsp of sugar to restart the fermentation and carbonate the brew. Enjoy!!!

Today I will be making a dry hopped cider. It's three gallon batch where I use 3 gallons of store bought apple juice. I add 3 cups of sugar. Basically I add 1 cup per gallon. Add 1 oz of cascade hops, and 1 pk of Safele s-04 yeast. Enjoy
