I’d like to read to you from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll. Chapter 7: “A Mad Tea Party”
This has been one of my favorite books for decades, and this is one of its funniest – and most famous – scenes.
Due to NYC apartment recording conditions, this is in sections. There are also a few mistakes. But the point here is to share something mellow during a stressful time.
Another important point:, I almost deleted this video! But many of you have told me that my voice can be soothing. So thank you for your support, as always.
Depending on your reaction to this, I may do more of these. And make them even better!

- Freaking out over an edible parasite in my oyster! (It was yummy.)

After seeing Sound of Freedom, I and my fellow patriots were inspired to raise more awareness about human trafficking in our hometown of New York City.
At the notorious Port Authority in Midtown Manhattan, we handed out information and spoke with commuters during rush hour. Most of them were receptive and supportive.
Confronting the truth about trafficking is painful. Mainstream propaganda is suddenly minimizing its scope and significance despite past reporting. That’s why it’s up to us to get ourselves and others informed.
If we actually face this—despite our discomfort and doubts—we can help to save millions of lives.

While ANY meat is WAY more nutritious than ANY plant, cheap pork is not as nutritionally balanced as cheap ruminants (beef, lamb, goat, etc). Or, of course, pasture-raised pork!
This rant focuses on the inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids in cheap pork. They’re not just in vegetable oils!
The solution is getting the best meat you can from the wilderness or reputable, preferably local ranches and farms. The pig mentions several resources in this video:

Staff at Whole Foods in Manhattan's Bryant Park just followed me to enforce the acting governor's mask mandate.
At first, I simply said, "Sorry, no," When asked by one guard to wear a mask.
When I explained that I have a religious exemption, another Whole Foods employee still followed very closely behind me, mumbling through two masks.
Another member of the crew stepped in, listened to me for a moment, and said I was free to shop. He added that he would be nearby in case I wanted help from a staff member that felt "uncomfortable" helping me.
All I ended up buying were raw cheese and pork rinds. I wasn't very comfortable shopping after that, but at least nobody was hovering over me.
After I left, I saw the front door guard outside with his mask under his chin.
Don't let anybody tell you what to do with your body.
