How to use Alpelisib?
Alpelisib comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken with food once a day for as long as your doctor recommends treatment.

Take alpelisib exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

If you are taking alpelisib (Vijoice) for PROS and are unable to swallow the tablets whole, you may dissolve them in water. Place the tablets into a drinking glass that contains 2 to 4 ounces (60 to 120 mL) of water.
Wait 5 minutes and then crush the tablets and stir the mixture with a spoon. Drink the mixture immediately.
Add another 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to the glass and stir with the same spoon to rinse out any particles that are still in the glass.
Drink all of this mixture to be sure that you receive all of the medication and repeat if necessary.
If you vomit after taking alpelisib, do not take another dose.
Continue your regular dosing schedule.
Your doctor may decrease your dose of alpelisib, treat you with other medications, or interrupt or stop your treatment if you experience certain side effects.
Be sure to tell your doctor how you are feeling during your treatment with alpelisib.

What is Melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone made in the body. It regulates night and day cycles or sleep-wake cycles. Melatonin in supplements is usually made in a lab.
Darkness triggers the body to make more melatonin, which signals the body to sleep. Light decreases melatonin production and signals the body to be awake. Some people who have trouble sleeping have low levels of melatonin. It's thought that adding melatonin from supplements might help them sleep.
People most commonly use melatonin for insomnia and improving sleep in different conditions, such as jet lag. It is also used for depression, chronic pain, dementia, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support most of these uses. There is also no good evidence to support using melatonin for COVID-19.
How effective is Melatonin?
The effectiveness ratings for MELATONIN are as follows:
Likely effective for.
Trouble falling asleep at a conventional bedtime (delayed sleep phase syndrome). Taking melatonin by mouth seems to shorten the time needed to fall asleep in young adults and children with this condition.
Non-24-hour sleep wake disorder. Taking melatonin by mouth at bedtime seems to improve sleep in children and adults who are blind.
Possibly effective for.
Sleep disturbance caused by certain blood pressure medicine (beta blocker-induced insomnia). Taking melatonin by mouth might reduce sleep problems in people taking beta-blocker drugs.
Cancer. Taking high doses of melatonin by mouth or as a shot, administered by a healthcare provider along with chemotherapy or other cancer treatments, might reduce tumor size and improve survival rates in some people with cancer.
Confusion and agitation after surgery. In children receiving a medication called sevoflurane during surgery, taking melatonin by mouth before anesthesia might help to prevent anxiety and agitation while waking up. The effect of taking melatonin in adults undergoing surgery is unclear.
High blood pressure. Taking the controlled-release form of melatonin by mouth before bedtime seems to lower blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. Immediate-release products don't seem to work.
Insomnia. Taking melatonin by mouth, short-term, seems to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep in people with insomnia, but only by about 7-12 minutes. It's not clear if it affects the amount of time spent sleeping. It also seems to be more helpful in older adults and those with certain other conditions.
Jet lag. Taking melatonin by mouth can improve certain symptoms of jet lag such as alertness and reduce daytime sleepiness and tiredness. But it might not help shorten the time it takes for people with jet lag to fall asleep.
Migraine. Taking melatonin by mouth before bed can prevent migraines in adults and children. It's not clear if melatonin helps to treat migraines.
Anxiety before a procedure. Taking melatonin by mouth or under the tongue somewhat reduces anxiety before surgery in adults. It's not clear if it helps in children.
Sedation before a procedure. Taking melatonin by mouth might reduce the amount of sedatives needed for some medical procedures in children.
Sunburn. Applying melatonin gel to the skin before sun exposure seems to help prevent sunburn.
A group of painful conditions that affect the jaw joint and muscle (temporomandibular disorders or TMD). Taking melatonin by mouth at bedtime for 4 weeks reduces pain in females with jaw pain.
Low levels of platelets in the blood (thrombocytopenia). Taking melatonin by mouth can improve low blood platelet counts associated with cancer, cancer treatment, and other disorders.

When taken by mouth: Melatonin is likely safe for most adults when used short-term. Melatonin is possibly safe when taken long-term. It's been used safely for up to 2 years. But it can cause some side effects including headache, sleepiness, dizziness, and nausea. Don't drive or use machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.

Sildenafil sólo le ayudará a conseguir una erección si se encuentra sexualmente estimulado. El tiempo que necesita sildenafil para hacer efecto varía de una persona a otra, generalmente oscila entre media y una hora. El efecto de sildenafil puede retrasarse si lo toma con una comida copiosa.

Puede experimentar un incremento en los efectos secundarios y su gravedad. Dosis superiores a 100 mg no aumentan la eficacia.

Posibles efectos adversos

¿Cuándo tomar Oxicodona y acetaminofeno?
EL USO INCORRECTO DE MEDICINA OPIOIDE PUEDE CAUSAR ADICCIÓN, SOBREDOSIS O LA MUERTE. Mantenga el medicamento en un lugar donde otros no lo puedan encontrar.
Tomar medicina opioide durante el embarazo puede causar síntomas de abstinencia que pueden poner la vida del bebé recién nacido en peligro.
Efectos secundarios fatales pueden ocurrir si usted usa medicina opioide con alcohol, o con otras drogas que le causen somnolencia o respiración lenta.

¿Cómo tomar Oxicodona y acetaminofeno?
Siga las instrucciones en la etiqueta de su prescripción. Nunca tome Oxicodona y acetaminofeno en cantidades mayores, o por más tiempo de lo recetado. Una sobredosis puede causar daño al hígado o la muerte. Dígale a su médico si siente un aumento de ganas de usar más de esta medicina.
Nunca comparta una medicina opioide con otra persona, especialmente con alguien con historial de abuso de drogas o adicción.
Mida la medicina líquida con cuidado. Use la jeringa de medición que viene con su medicina, o use un dispositivo para la medición de dosis (no una cuchara casera).
Si necesita cirugía o pruebas médicas, dígale al cirujano por adelantado que usted está usando esta medicina.
Usted no debe dejar de usar esta medicina de forma repentina. Siga las instrucciones de su médico de cómo disminuir su dosis de forma gradual.

¿Cuáles son los efectos secundarios posibles de Oxicodona y acetaminofeno?
Busque atención médica de emergencia si usted tiene síntomas de una reacción alérgica: ronchas; dificultad para respirar; hinchazón de la cara, labios, lengua, o garganta.
Medicina opioide puede hacer mas lenta su respiración o pararla, y la muerte puede ocurrir. Una persona que lo cuida debe darle naloxona o buscar atención médica de emergencia si usted tiene la respiración lenta con largas pausas entre respiraciones, labios azulados, o si es difícil para despertarlo.
En casos raros, acetaminofeno puede causar una reacción severa de la piel que puede ser fatal. Esto puede ocurrir aún si usted ha tomado acetaminophen anteriormente y no tuvo ninguna reacción. respiración ruidosa, suspiros, o respiración superficial, respiración que se detiene;
sensación de desvanecimiento, como que se va a desmayar;
debilidad, cansancio, fiebre, moretones o sangrado inusuales;
confusión, pensamientos o comportamiento inusual;
problemas para orinar;
problemas del hígado--náusea, dolor en la parte superior del estómago, cansancio, pérdida del apetito, orina oscura, heces fecales de color arcilla, ictericia (color amarillo de la piel u ojos);
niveles bajos de cortisol--náusea, vomito, pérdida del apetito, mareo, cansancio o debilidad que empeoran; o
niveles altos de serotonina en el cuerpo--agitación, alucinaciones, fiebre, sudoración, temblores, latido cardíaco rápido, rigidez muscular, espasmo, pérdida de coordinación, náusea, vómito, o diarrea.
