The last episode of this story arc, Evox and his forces strike the Dino Charge reality in search of the Energems. Devin must now seek allies if he is to have any chance of surviving against them. He gets help alright in the form of a familiar face and familiar teams.
The crossover has arrived at last. All the hype, the anticipation and build up... and it led to a letdown. This is all my opinion but I felt that this crossover would have been better. Instead what we got is Hasbro's adaptation of Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: Dinosaur Great Battle! Farewell, Eternal Friends. Basically it's three Dino Teams teaming up to take down the bad guys while the Go-Busters get crap. I didn't like it because I thought we would expect four teams teaming up to beat down Evox's big army. What we got instead was not. The Beast Morphers Rangers got whooped twice though to be fair, Devin was the reason why he brought help in the form of Jason and the other Rangers. He even was involved in the final megazord fight however, all of this was just like the TOEI film with some differences.
I mentioned this many times but Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters was TOEI giving the finger to the Go-Busters. Go-Busters didn't do well when it first came out and the crossover was pretty much them saying that they don't deserve no closure. It's one of the few series that has two opening themes and having not one, not two but three crossover movies. Though the third one served as an actual epilogue. It's sad and due to Go-Busters not doing well back then, it got skipped by Saban years ago. I'm happy that Hasbro decided to adapted this but I personally feel that this is one of the weakest episodes thus far.
Don't get me wrong. The crossover was ambitious. I was happy that we got to see Austin St. John again though I wished we had a morph sequence with him. But I feel that this crossover could have been better but it didn't. ASJ deserved better. He did his best with what he can do. The Beast Morphers rangers deserved better and I won't lie. They should have been treated better but honestly, it doesn't excuse how much hyped this had only for it to be letdown. It was a letdown. I expected better. I thought Hasbro would know better and do something original. But they didn't and that is disappointing.

At Midtown, I was playing Junkrat aka The Doctor. And we we're going to get the push needed for us to proceed further. To my surprise, I get a few lucky shots in. To my surprise, it pays off in spades. Believe me. At least I didn't need the Riptire for it. All I needed was some good old fashioned brawn... and some luck.

Current party: Bartz (Dragoon, Red Mage), Krile (White Mage), Faris (Mystic Knight, Samurai)
Tycoon was sucked up into the void. Now Bartz, Krile and Faris must continue the journey to seek out the legendary tablets. Before we do, battles ensue.
First comes a pair of gargoyles. The strategy for it is simple: use Level 3 Flare on them a few times and they go down mad quick. Firaga can work too.
Ultimately after exploring the Pyramid of Moore, they obtain the first tablet but also, learn that Bahamut has awakened and hopes to face them soon. As they return to the Tree of Moore, they find Lenna but is controlled by Exdeath. Exdeath then uses the void to swallow up the Library of the Ancients. It's then the Wyvern shows up and frees Lenna. But the being reveals itself as Melusine.
Melusine's annoying for one reason: Barrier Shift. Have one of your units use Libra to find the weakness then attack with a specific spell. If you have a Blue Mage, using 1000 Needles can help. Just make sure to heal if things get rough and plan accordingly.
After defeating Melusine, Lenna wakes up and rejoins the party. But as Bartz and the gang head on the airship, Exdeath then unleashes the Void, swallowing up various towns throughout the world. Bartz pleads to stop but to no avail and in his anger, flies the airship in a rage. Thankfully he's calmed down.
Bartz and his crew return to the Pirate Hideout to find that Syldra wants to join the fight too. I say let's do this. He's joining as a Summon.

Final Fantasy II | Part 4: Take Down the Dreadnought
Product provided in this by Square-Enix. This is part of a collection of Final Fantasy games that I plan to cover on this channel.
Despite Josef's death, Firion and his crew must continue on.
They head for Kashuan Keep and encounter Gordon. Gordon, despite being a wimp, decides to join in knowing that he has to fight. He's not that good and specializes in lances. But what he lacks in strength, he makes up in development. He grows as a character to becoming a strong and wise leader. We see it happen in the story. We get the Sunfire and using the Egil's Torch is capable of holding onto it.
This means now we got to reach the Dreadnought as the Empire has captured the Princess during their escape. To get to there, we need a Chocobo. Yep. Final Fantasy II introduces us to the Chocobo and can only be in one spot. Seriously. But anyway we head for the Dreadnought and after many battles and tribulations, Firion uses the Sunfire to destroy the Dreadnought. However, a Dark Knight appears and states that the battle isn't over. Maria recognizes his voice but can't seem to figure out who it is.
Regardless, the Dreadnought is no more and victory is assured. But their work isn't finished yet. Far from it. Part 5 is where we travel to Deist and find a means to save the Last Wyvern.

Arcade Mode Run #30: Baiken
As if this is any more obvious, this is the last of Samurai Shodown's Season 3 DLC. Honestly, if this is really the last character added for the game, it's been such fun. Truly. But if SNK returns with the game for a fourth season, I will be back.
Baiken is from the Guilty Gear series, a wandering samurai of Japanese descent. Her home was raided by Gears during the Crusades and having seen the horrible deaths of her family and friends, she's devoted to revenge against the one responsible: That Man aka Asuka R. Kreutz.
Baiken plays similarly to how she was in Guilty Gear Xrd Rev2. The only difference is that this is Samurai Shodown so you will have to adjust. Other than that, she is as devastating and as beautiful. If this is the final character for SamSho, it's been a hell of a ride. Thanks for watching.

Part 4 – The Viper's Sanctum

Time for the next main mission, the Viper's Sanctum.
In this mission, we have to explore an estate that harbors some dark secrets. What follows is some nasty foes, yokai and poison. Yep. Poison everywhere and it's going to force ourselves to step up our game.
Our path has us crossing a Yatsu-no-Komi. The Yatsu-no-Komi is a snake like yokai that prefers to use attacks that either poison you or give you trouble. The only advice I can give you is pack antidotes. Also, you'll need a lot of anima in order to drain its stamina. If things get rough, go full on yokai to take him down. It took me a few tries to take him down. Also his snake arms have minds of their own so when he unleashes dark realm on you, take them out. It helps make things easier. Just watch out when he does his grab attack.
After the fight, we do find Master Dosan, the guy we're looking for but he chooses to sacrifice himself to let us escape. We do acquire Shirohami.
Side missions are our next stop in Part 5.

Final Fantasy VI | Part 2: A Plea to Fight Back
NOTE: Yeah. Commentary's a bit out of sync but it's only for this part. Blame me being sick and yeah, that sucks. Hopefully it's only for this part as every part after is synced up.

We're continuing on. Welcome to Part 2.
Terra along with Locke and Edgar head east. They take a bit of respite in South Figaro and then they head up north. Before that though, it's here we are introduced to Shadow. Don't worry. We'll be seeing him much later. We head up to Mt. Koltz and it's here we encounter Vargas, a student to Master Duncan. But it's here we also meet Edgar's twin brother Sabin Rene Figaro. Sabin is a Monk and his gimmick is Blitz attacks. It's going to be needed to take Vargas down.
You need to use the Pummel Blitz ability to take Vargas down. Once he goes down, Sabin joins our group. We meet Banon, leader of the Returners and it's here we learn some bad news. South Figaro has fallen to the Empire and now they're heading for the Returner's base. It's here where Banon tries to convince Terra to join the fight. Say no three times so you can get the Genji Glove.
Later on, Terra, Edgar and Sabin head with Banon through the river. Locke heads back to South Figaro. A few battles happen and here we face off with Ultros. Have Terra spam Fire and heal while Edgar and Sabin attack. Banon has Prayer so that counts as healing. After a bit, the fight ends and then Sabin ends up getting separated from the others.
It's here where the path splits. Don't worry, they all converge. See you in Part 3.
