How to gain self-discipline | willpower - in this video i will give you my 5 top tips to gaining self-discipline. If you follow these tips then i can promise that you will have gained a good amount of self-discipline and willpower in a fairly short amount of time.
i am the fitness psycho and i can one hundred percent confidently say that no normal human being will naturally have good levels of self-discipline. However, i can one hundred percent confidently say that anyone can learn to be self disciplined and it all starts from the moment that you make the effort to change the way you live. See it is easy to grab that bit of cake from the fridge at night and it is easy to stay staring at your phone for hours on end, wasting your life away, instead of doing something productive like revising, exercising, learning a new language and the list goes on. This is why we are not all gifted with self-discipline, but those who decide to take action and do something with their lives instead of searching for instant and temporary pleasure/happiness are the ones who are successful in life and the ones who enjoy life with little to no reasons to complain about life. This is because life is amazing and when you do well through practicing self-discipline you understand this pretty quickly.
