I have two floor models for BTC. These are two long-term trend lines, going back to 2015.
If we start with the bottom in August of 2015, the trend line indicates a bottom of $17,400. So, in this model, we almost hit the bottom on June 18.
Is it possible that we have already hit the bottom? Yes, we could have already hit the bottom, but we could potentially revisit this bottom.
If we start with the bottom in August of 2016, this trend line indicates a bottom of $14,700. So, in my analysis, the worst case is $14,700.

Looking back on 2022, the venture capitalist Tim Draper called for a $250,000 Bitcoin by the end of the year. Standard Chartered, a big bank, called for a $5,000 Bitcoin by the end of the year.
So, the optimistic bulls, like Anthony Pompliano, called for a $4.75 trillion market cap while the pessimistic bears called for a $95 billion market capitalization. That’s quite a big difference. Ark Investment’s Cathie Wood was slightly more reasonable predicting that bitcoin would breach the $100,000 mark.
None of this happened. And, short-term predictions are largely a fool's game.

It's an exciting time to be in the Bitcoin market. With the indicators pointing in different directions, it's anyone's guess which way the price will go. We've already seen Bitcoin rally aggressively since the beginning of the year and now the market is on the edge of its seat waiting to see which way it will move next.
The 4-hour and 12-hour charts are flashing sell signals. But, the daily and weekly charts are indicating that we should be buying the dip.
With Bitcoin's halving event about a year away and with the Bitfolio Macro Indicator at 34, it's wise to be cautious! While I am buying the dip, I do so without a high-level of confidence.

ChatGPT, the leading AI-based algorithm, loves Bitcoin.
Those of you who follow me probably know that, according to my best estimates, I expect Bitcoin to appreciate in value to 39k in 2023. But, ChatGPT is way more optimistic than I am. I asked davinci-3 to predict the price of BTC by the end of the year, and it said, “if the current trends continue, it is possible that Bitcoin could reach an all-time high by the end of 2023.”
Finbold ran the same test, and they reported that ChatGPT responded with “...based on the chart patterns, gauges, and previous data available, it is likely that Bitcoin will trade within a range of $50 to $100k by the end of 2023.” That’s super bullish, and I can only conclude that ChatGPT loves Bitcoin!
